A little snow and they don’t deliver. What a way to run a company. Get your act together, if y’all can’t deliver with a little snow on ground you might as well not deliver PERIOD. Get a damn grip. It’s just a little snow. Are your driver’s so incompetent that a little snow shuts them down? Ordered extra cheese. Clearly not extra cheese. ( See pics) Also there were many bubbles in the crust which is unacceptable. When I went in to get the pizza there was no “thanks” or “come again.” Ive worked at a Dominos in the last 6 years. This is unacceptable. Need better quality control and customer service.

Got the family meal; 2 pizzas, garlic bits, cinnamon sticks and a 2 liter coke. The pizza was alright, the garlic bits were really good, and we loved the cinnamon sticks. $22+ was alright, on the phone I swear they said it was $15. On a positive note I fed my family in about 15 minutes. Can’t complain. The service was fast and nice.

If I could leave a zero I would I placed an order online the tracker told me it was being prepared and even told me it was ready I arrive to get the pizza there is not a person there at all locked up went home after taking card online and apparently taking my pizza home with them all I can get out of the rude manager is there is nothing he can do and he is short handed and does not have time to discuss this should be a refund to my bank within 7 to 10 days and he advised me calling corporate would do no good because all they are gonna do is call him and that’s it so Ian contacting the better business bureau will be going elsewhere from now on

I’ve ordered the EXACT same pizza online for $7 …today in person it was $17! I couldn’t get online to check prices because I don’t have service in the area and the lady was alone today working so hard by herself and didn’t seem to care at all to try & give a special. Which I can understand, they are short staffed and she was overwhelmed. It’s really sad they can’t get people to work.
I got the Gluten Free pizza with parmesian cheese, pineapple & bacon. It’s really my favorite GF pizza ever. It came out quick and I can’t complain about anything else but the price.

This last time we ordered 6 pizzas, different toppings on all but it wouldn’t matter what was on them bc the sauce overtook any topping on all of them… absolute heartburn City!! It was even hard to wipe the sauce off without taking out what little cheese there was on them. Guess there’s a lite sauce option for a reason huh?? Lesson learned. This time it’s just a 3… Sorry guys… Do better!!

Just got home with my order. It would have been great if I actually had more than one slice that didn’t have a burnt bubble on it. There are also 3 pieces that don’t even have any pizza toppings on them. Glad I ordered the parm bites. I had the cheeseburger pizza. We got chicken, and two other pizzas. They all seem to be fine. I’ve ordered from this Domino’s before and been extremely pleased, however tonight’s pizza is a little disappointing.

Excellent food and staff. Always friendly and happy to be there. Never had a bad or wrong order. Best pizza chain in the area. I will drive here, about 30 minutes vs eating local. If you’re in the area stop in. You won’t be disappointed.

The staff always seems overwhelmed, and their attitudes reflect it. The wait times are consistently bad, and even when I’ve tried ordering ahead, the food still isn’t ready when I arrive. On top of that, everyone acts like they’re having a terrible day. Some reliable, knowledgeable staff might improve things, but after multiple disappointing visits, ‘ve found this is not the service for me.

I was at a friends house in Galax and decided to have dominos deliver us some pizza for us and her kids. When the pizzas finally arrived the one wasn’t even done in the middle, the boneless chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. I tried calling and they were like we will give you 10.00. Not for a 60.00 pizza order and a pizza that cost twice that. what a rip off. We will never be ordering from these people again
