My husband is happy its finally back open following Hurricane Helene closure. I am normally neutral about the place. Today we stopped for a quick dinner. Its cold out and I wanted a warm toasted sub. Saw this description:
Roast Beef & Cheddar is a popular toasted sub featuring savory roast beef, melted cheddar cheese, zesty horseradish sauce, crispy fried onions, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and creamy mayo, all served on a warm, freshly baked French bread roll.
I like all of those ingredients but maybe not all together. I figured I could take stuff off if I didn’t like it. Be patient because they are still training new people. The girl rang in a cold sub. She had them make it again and the correct one. They were apologetic and quickly made the correct one. Normally I get the regular size, they cut it in half and I take half home. Well, be prepared—— I ate every single bite. It was so good, its been 3 hours and I am still thinking about it. I have told at least 3 people about it too.
The place was clean. Bathroom stocked and clean. They were friendly and welcoming. Cannot wait to go back for it. I totally didn’t expect to like it that much, I didn’t even take a photo. So, the photo from their website. Go get one! Amazing sandwich. Cheaper than the McDonald’s and chicken fila we passed! Just installed the app to get benefits, crazy good sandwich! Great Job JJ!!

Lunch was purchased at work so no rating on service or atmosphere. I never had Jimmy John’s before but I have seen the commercials and how much meat they put on the sandwiches. My sandwhich looked nothing like the commercial. Well they must have given me the diet version. I was thoughourly disappointed. It was more like a bread sandwhich with small thin slices of tomatoes and wilted shredded lettuce. I will not be eating at Jimmy John’s again. Shame, shame, shame.

Got an Italian sub that’s supposed to have double the meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise vinegar and oil. Got home and there was barely any meat on the sandwich and tons of mayonnaise which I Felt like Iwas eating a mayonnaise and lettuce sandwich. It was disgusting and for 18 something dollars there’s no way I would go back. I should have gone there and watched them make it instead of pre-ordering on my phone.

Decent subs, but 1st time there & I ordered a veggie sub, add bacon. Extra $3.60 plus tax and not a single bit of bacon!! My son ordered a BLT add ham. He rang it up as a Cuban and I told him we didn’t want anything except lettuce, bacon, ham, mayo, and cheese. Got home and it also has pickles and mushy tomatoes. Gross. Two 16″ subs and they didn’t even have a bag for me to carry them in.

Overall good experience at Jimmy John’s. Really good sub and freaky fast service. Was in and out in less than three minutes. Everything seem very clean and organized.
And if their customer service was just a little bit more friendly and they wore masks while making my food, they would easily be a five star choice. Would recommend it will definitely be back to try it again and will update review yes I have a better customer experience at my next visit. Other than that, really good spot

We understand that this place will not be busy for dinner so closing at 3:00 on a Saturday makes sense. However, if you’re open until 3:00 don’t lock the doors before 3:00. I understand people want to go home and have lives but if the business is open until 3:00 keep the doors open until 3:00. Also, you’re listed on Google. Update your hours here.
This location is finally back to 5 stars. Great service with attention to detail. Sandwiches come out as ordered with none of the problems we experienced in the past. If you’re looking for a really quick bite, skip the drive thrus and come on in here.

We were in the area going to the air museum and we’re starving after. We stopped by to get some hoagies before heading home. They were about to close when we got there, but we were still able to order take away.
By far, the best Jimmy John’s hoagies we have ever had! Also, any other location we have been to and have ordered extra hot peppers never give us even a normal amount so thank you for listening!

Went here yesterday and man! Everyone working here seemed so angry and miserable. Looked like everyone there just got out of a big fight or serious talk. As I stood at the register ready to order I felt like everyone behind the counter ignored me for a bit. Girl sweeping just started at me not saying welcome or someone will be right with you. A guy came up with a very straight face and was like ‘Can I help you’ – Ofcourse I’m there to be helped! I’m there to order a sandwich. Almost felt like I was a nuisance at that time. Great customer service would have been him approaching with a smile and ask me ‘are you ready to order or what would you like to order’. And end with a thank you. And then the guy seemed more annoyed when I asked for a napkin that wasn’t by the tea’s with his sarcastic answer. Customer service with miserable employees can be a big turn down to ever return. I wish I could have just canceled my order and walked out. Unfortunately I already paid.
