I did a catering order of 18 mini subs to feed 9ish people for $35. I got some turkey, some BLT, and some veggie. They were all good. Nothing amazing, but typical sub sandwiches. The order was ready on time and nicely packed in a sturdy box.

Decent subs, but 1st time there & I ordered a veggie sub, add bacon. Extra $3.60 plus tax and not a single bit of bacon!! My son ordered a BLT add ham. He rang it up as a Cuban and I told him we didn’t want anything except lettuce, bacon, ham, mayo, and cheese. Got home and it also has pickles and mushy tomatoes. Gross. Two 16″ subs and they didn’t even have a bag for me to carry them in.

We usually order with no problem from them at least 2-3 times a month but we have tried to call several times for 2 weeks to order! They never answer the phone. I tried ordering online and we never received our meal but was charged on our credit card.

Went here yesterday and man! Everyone working here seemed so angry and miserable. Looked like everyone there just got out of a big fight or serious talk. As I stood at the register ready to order I felt like everyone behind the counter ignored me for a bit. Girl sweeping just started at me not saying welcome or someone will be right with you. A guy came up with a very straight face and was like ‘Can I help you’ – Ofcourse I’m there to be helped! I’m there to order a sandwich. Almost felt like I was a nuisance at that time. Great customer service would have been him approaching with a smile and ask me ‘are you ready to order or what would you like to order’. And end with a thank you. And then the guy seemed more annoyed when I asked for a napkin that wasn’t by the tea’s with his sarcastic answer. Customer service with miserable employees can be a big turn down to ever return. I wish I could have just canceled my order and walked out. Unfortunately I already paid.

For about a month every time we try to call in they never answer their phone love their sandwiches but lately are sandwiches. are wrong so I go to call them they still never answer their phone I usually order on line but when they have a notice in red saying no on line order to call in well you call no answer one time we kept calling still no answer well we ordered last time and our sandwiches were made all wrong so tried to call of course no answer so last night I wrote on a paper every thing that was wrong the last time and what we would like our Oder free well they wouldn’t do it as it was not reported he asked them why they don’t answer their phone they said their phones were broke so when he got home and told me I called from 6 pm (having been manager in fast food myself I know how things run) so I knew someone would answer just before closing I talked to. the manager she was very rude to me and I told her I felt we should of had our order free she said no that I had to report it so it’s on the computer I said how can I when you don’t answer your phone I asked her what her name was and she said she would not give it to me oh yeah I told her our order tonight was wrong so I told her I was going to call corporate and said goodnight and hung up the phone

Disappointed they have dine-in showing online, but not allowing dine in at the restaurant. Arrived with my husband and 2 children under 5 @ 1:30 pm, was told we could order but not eat in the restaurant because they close soon. Posted closing sign is 3 pm. I did notice a no dine-in sign on the door. We were visiting from out of town – so having info up to date online would be helpful to customers.

I came by today and the dining room was closed and it was carry out only which is just stupid. The prices aren’t bad but I feel you can get an arguably better sub from Publix for the same price. The bread on my sub tasted stale but I could not say anything about it because I was unable eat inside. Service was fast though.

Got a sub to go – it was PERFECT!! We hadn’t been to JJ’s in a while (read years), and we weren’t let down! Bread was fresh and perfect, meat was excellent, and toppings were done SO WELL!! We will go back again (sooner ), and will tell everyone else to go, also.
