Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. Any extra money you spend on gas will be worth it, since after eating the ridiculously tiny portions here, you’ll have to pay for a second meal somewhere else to fill you anyway. I gave several chances to this place because it’s the closest but this evening was the last straw. The food is also usually cold, there are random pieces of hard uncooked rice mixed in and the workers clearly do not want to be there.

The food is predictably good. The service is inconsistent. I have had delivery for a group of co-workers a few times. Both times, there was an issue with the delivery and not receiving the correct items. Both times. I went back to the store and they were very accommodating. But still annoying that I had to go in the first place. The store was clean behind the counter but the tables were dirty. I have no problem coming here to bring my food home but would not want to eat in the restaurant.

Ordered a mobile order tonight to this chipotle and my food was cold and disgusting. I walked in and was not greeted. My burritos did not have one piece of chicken in them and you could tell they scrapped the bottom of the container. Gross. Absolutely disgusting and not edible. Then I had to ask for more cheese sauce because I saw my order at the counter and the container was less then half full. The employees that are more concerned about packing up an hour early then serving decent food should be fired.

Food was cold when I picked it up at the scheduled time. This has happened all 3 times I ordered. Portion size for online orders is hit or miss. Last time was good, but the first 2 were super small.

I’m officially done with this location after the last 3 visits. I don’t need a burrito that’s as big as my head and is going to knock me out after I finish it. But this place is the stingiest when it comes to whatever protein you choose. Every time I come here, the burrito has literally 3 bites of whatever meat I chose and the rest is nothing but rice and lettuce. They even skimp on the beans. It almost as if they’re rewarding the employees if they go through the least amount of product possible on a shift.
