Horrible experience. They were running short on supplies such as bacon and bread. Ran out of mushrooms which is understandable however the service was terrible. They forgot 1 of 2 sandwiches and it took them 50 minutes to make the sandwich they forgot about. When questioning the check out clerk he was rude and stated they were understaffed and didn’t have an ETA, it could be 10 or could be 30 minutes. I absolutely would not recommend eating here if they were giving food out for free!!!

Food is amazing as always, but customer service was iffy. Have a food allergen and told them no to that particular item, noticed it on the grill with my food, kindly reminded them of said allergen and the woman at the stove did a sarcastic gesture when reminded. Did not appreciate the gesture as severely allergic to said item. Aside from her, the staff was amazing. Be careful if you come here and you have a food allergen

Had large order of 10+ sandwiches customized through app and my order was completed before the estimated time and everything was correct. They even wrote our names on the sandwiches. Great Job!

Went here and the workers didn’t seem to care about anything. Could hardly hear them over the loud music and they basically whispered over the counter and got annoyed when I had to ask them to repeat themselves. There are tons of veterans in this area with hearing loss so the staff should probably have more patience. No pride in their work and they basically throw the sandwiches together so that they are soggy and falling apart when you open them back up. If I had not been there before, I would not understand the ordering process. Highly unorganized. Only giving 2 stars because the new place looks nice and is much easier to drive in and out of the parking lot.

This is for the new location on Trenton. Only reason this place is even getting two stars is because it’s new. I have been here multiple times now, most recent being Friday the 3rd, the day it stormed. Out of the 7 employees I saw, three were standing by the back counter complaining very loudly how terribly a few online orders were made, one lady was simply slicing the meat, one young lady was taking your payment (that’s it), one was holding the door due to the wind and vaping at that, and the last young man was the ONLY one making the sandwiches. The lady slicing the meat which doesn’t take long and could have easily helped make the sandwiches was rudely telling the young man how he was doing things wrong, going too slow blah blah blah… something that should have been discussed NOT in front of 9 customers watching and witnessing this all. The other young lady taking the payments could have easily helped as well. She instead choose to join in belittling him and not helping him. Again, in front of customers.. None of these employees choose to help but instead made rude comments throughout. It was disgusting to watch, extremely unprofessional and rude. How are you expecting these employees(especially the younger generation) to succeed if no one is willing to teach? I have worked in the food industry for 14 years and I have never seen such poor leadership and poor quality of coworkers. To the young man making the sandwiches, just know there are way better jobs out there with way better leadership. You did just fine! My sandwich was perfect. As far as the mistakes go, it’s gonna happen. Just move forward and correct the mistakes.

Hardly ever went to the Wilma Rudolph location, it was hard to get in and out of the parking lot. The new Trenton Road location is easily accessible, clean, nice and all of the employees there have been very friendly and nice every time. Food is good too! Been there 4 times already definitely will be back and definitely recommend. Great job
