Even if you order in person for take out, ALWAYS check your order before you leave. Always multiple issues, slow staff, and rude manager. Missing multiple items for #26 and hot italian. LOVE JM, NOT this location

Always great to come and grab a delicious sub!! The rosemary bread was nice n fresh today. My top 3 picks are; original Italian, Big Kahuna & chicken bacon ranch! Clean place, hard working Employees & Great subs, it’s a 3 in 1 for me, I’ll continue to come back again & again

Finally tried Jersey Mike’s and it’s a new favorite. The sub was great (the bread is excellent), and I love that it doesn’t feel like ‘heavy’ fast food. Between the freshly sliced meats, the baked chip options, and the unsweetened iced tea, it’s easy to grab a quick, healthy meal here. 10/10 will be returning.

Sandwich was very good- 1st person I encountered was rude. I ordered a #13 Italian asked if they could leave off the ham, he said the whole sandwich is ham, I said on the Italian? He said all our meats are ham except for bacon so you don’t want any meat? I looked at the menu again and he said do you mean the boiled ham? Yes, no ham. Very rude, condescending. Terrible experience!

UPDATE::: I tried this location again today and it’s just as terrible as it’s always been! I asked for lettuce on my Philly, you think I got it? Nope! After waiting 30min for ONE sandwich. People were walking out and everything. Trust me, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
OLD REVIEW::: This location consistently gets my very simple order wrong. I get a regular sized steak Philly on white bread with light mayo and lettuce. Instead they give me heavy mayo and hot, light lettuce. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about my order. I do not recommend this place at all. They never get it right. You’re better off going elsewhere!!!

I have never had a worse sandwich in my life than o did last week here. I stopped in at around 345pm on a Friday. It wasn’t busy, there was plenty of staff and the manager was sitting in the seating area. Firstly I was trying gluten free bread so I was talking to an employee asking her questions since I have only been to Jersey mikes twice before. Another employee interrupted and asked her to go home earlier. Then they all looked around at eachother for who was going to make my sandwich. After a few minutes of washing the machine, washing her hands and changing her gloves she confirmed my order. Another employee had cut my bread disastrously. It was so thin and uneven at the bottom it barely looked like it would hold together. Then when they gave it to the guy who was putting my toppings he DRENCHED it in vinegar. Since the bottom was cut as thin as a cracker, when I tried to eat it 10 minutes later it was mushy and falling apart. Literally the worst sandwich I ever had. I asked for the receipt and there wasn’t a single thing there to leave a review or anything. Needless to say I wasted almost $15 dollars and will never return. Terrible.

For a family of 3 I expect to wait a little for my order. I sat and waited for 8 minutes before my food even touched the grill. Finally after 15 min of waiting with almost no line or backup I received my sub. Upside down all the sub falling apart. Barely even able to pick it up soaking wet. The other 2 sandwich’s had stale bread and almost felt like they sat out all night. This is absolutely irritating and I will not be returning. 60$ in subs that should have just gone to the homeless

Food and service is good and is comparable to most other Jersey Mike’s I go to. Dining area is a little more cluttered and cramped but decent enough to eat and go.

For this to be a new location every single time I come here they are always out of something. I’ve been disappointed before and came in as early as 10am and they were already out of rosemary bread. It’s Saturday afternoon and once again they are out. Employee stated, “it’ll be well over an hour for the bread, they haven’t even put it in yet.” like huh?!? Mind you the store is fully staffed. How would I know, there was more talking than working. I don’t understand why there’s always a lack of supplies when this location is in a high traffic area. Will not be back to this location, 2x back to back. Wow

Not very impressed or happy with location. Every other Jersey mikes I have gone to was considerate when I asked for my sandwich meat to be heated on the grill because I’m pregnant. I’ve even had one location offer before I even asked. But the Trenton location actually got an attitude and argued w me when I asked for the sliced turkey to be grilled. Will not be going back! That man was just rude all the way around.
