The timing at this location is a joke. I love Arby’s food; but I have never in my life experienced such sorry serving time in my restaurant experience. I can place an order online at 3:00 pm, get there at 3:30 and still have to wait 20 minutes for my order; nobody in the lobby and nobody in the drive threw. The wait times here alone are unacceptable. Plz do better.

To the lady making the food in the back, you were taking care of business. This place needs a manager, the one we saw walked away as soon as we walked up, only to be seen sitting in the corner in the back. The older lady with blonde hair. We waited 22min (online order, already paid). The gentleman tried but there was no timing, saw people’s food sitting for 10min on the counter while they waited. Good effort on the cook and the cashier, you must have no shame manager. Check your cameras owner. My order was placed at 7:15 ready for pick up at 7:21, got the food at 7:42. Date was 9/08/25, manager walked off around 7:19.

The service at the Driveup window is usually awesome. Orders are correct, friendly and polite employees. I ordered Beef Gyro’s and there French fries with a side of cheese sauce is my favorite.

The store at 6527 MS-63, Moss Point, MS 39563, United States. It’s about 30 minutes I’ve been waiting on my cheesesteak. Can’t even leave because I paid for it already. Only one staff taking orders and preparing food. Terrible experience. Never ever going to Arby’s again. This was my last. Pls don’t run a restaurant if you can’t have enough manpower to run it.

We were on our way home from Florida. We first stopped at Wendy’s across the road. Stood at their counter for a good 5 minutes and was never acknowledged. So we left and went to Arby’s where people were glad to help us. We enjoyed our meal. Thank you!

Waited awhile for someone to come to front counter to even take our order. Made my husbands sandwich, so took back to counter for them to fix. By the time they fixed it his fries were super cold. Opened up sandwich that was remade to find out they messed up again! Took sandwich and fries back this time. She said she’d get it remade for a 3rd time. Got refund and left. Will never stop here ever again. Negative 10stars is my rating !
