Lovely Middle Eastern Woman working this shift, she was EXTREMELY patient and attentive to our order, not only was she polite and helpful, she took GREAT care for our foot-longs, she didn’t just “Throw it together” like most people do when their is a line; she carefully built each sandwitch, not slow but not fast either, with skill is the only way to describe it. My footlong held together better than any has prior to this engagement as well. In comparison to other subways; I would come back to this specific one even if it’s out of my way as long as I get my meal made by this person who understands she’s making someone’s lunch for the day. This Employee did a fabulous job and provided me with WONDERFUL service. The ONLY downside is that the location of the subway is in a Walmart so you get that type of customer often And have that kind of crowd of people staring at you while you eat. Which is why we always take our food to go, and; The Employee wrapped these two subs PERFECTLY and also wrote the type of sandwich on each sticker (most write it on anywhere which can bleed through to your food, not on the sticker however). All in all I’d say I’ll be coming back here more often simple due to the care of my order. This is the first sub that I’ve gotten that wasn’t dripping either, it was wrapped extremely well and my sandwitch was DELICIOUS AS ALWAYS but knowing the effort that went into it made it taste even better. 8/10 4/5

Just went to get a quick dinner, my girlfriend got a blt substituting tomato for onions. She was given a VERY meager amount of bacon and lettuce. This was after she asked for more of both! Absolutely ridiculous for a 12 dollar sandwich. Not only that but the employee was shooing away flies while making our sandwiches . Go to a different location that doesn’t try to rip you off.

I placed an order online for pickup. Status says order ready. Came here to find none on counter. Tries calling restaurant phone, phone is ringing but nobody comes out. Completely pathetic and humiliating behavior.

Just visited. The attendant was courteous and efficient, like a Subway commercial. As I waited in line she pleasantly let me know she’d be right with me. She asked if I wanted my mayo directly on the bread, toasted bread slightly,, cut sub in half, and labeled the wrapping to keep it from opening. My sub was great and my experience was just as great!

The Subway at 337 Russell St. in Hadley has fast delivery with great prices.
The food is very good and fresh, too.
I was really pleased with my recent visit to the Subway restaurant located inside of Walmart at Mountain Farms Mall.
The sandwich artist was really friendly and did a great job preparing my order.
