Made a special pizza on the app. Everything was ready for our pick up but we got home and realized they didn’t give us the upgraded pizza we wanted. No onions add pineapple. This is not what we ordered. This was our first time ordering from this place too. Disappointed.

They were good at first. But they have started to suck. Hand tossed dough is now flat as thin crust like old dough. The lady I call tells me one thing then calls my husband and questions what I said with attitude and says to bring the pizzas. Other day taller white dude and a shorter cubby girl are horse playing cussing and flirting. The older man running the register had to yell at them to knock it off and they continued.

I had high hopes for this pizza hut.
Always having to wait with a full lobby. Almost seems like the place is understaffed. They will have you pay, and when you ask where is your food that was already supposed be ready, you get told it’s not even in the oven yet. That has been my experience the last 3 visits.
This visit is complaining on not getting what I pay for. I can order a Pepporoni lovers or extra pepporoni and still be in disbelief at the amount that is put on. I ordered an extra pepporoni personal pan tonight, yes I had to wait. But when I got my order there were maybe 5 pepporonis total. Thats 1 piece per pizza. Unacceptable. God knows I was not going to wait for a remake. I’ve made numerous complaints and have yet to be reached out to. Looks like I’ll be going back to the local chain pizzas.

We decided to try this Pizza Hut for the first time for a late dinner and they didn’t disappoint Kandyce and Elijah represented this location well! We had pizza, wings, and garlic cheese bread and everything was delicious!

I called Pizza hut and customer Service placed my order at the wrong location, so when I arrived for my pizza they had no pizza for me, which I was kinda disappointed about.
Alex, one of the employees told me he could help me and took my order and apologized for the inconvenience which wasnt his fault. I had just got off from work and was overly tired and hungry, but he definitely made the 15mins worth the wait. Thank you Alex for you great customer service And the pizza looked amazing I will be ordering again.

I ordered pizza on Sunday night as a test before making a large order on the following Wednesday. The food was hot and the order was exact. The second evening, I ordered six pizzas – all different and all were delicious. I called in advance to make certain the order would be ready and arrived at the agreed upon time. My order was ready; it was hot; and every pizza was delicious! Thank you for such good service. I will return again and again.

First time we ordered dinner from this location and it will be the last time. The manager Luis was helpful but didn’t know how to handle this situation and he was upfront with that, which I loved his honesty and that he tried his best ! However all four of us that ate the pizza last night we all got sick ! Throwing up,hot & cold,stomach pains. Having #2 .. I’m gonna guess this location isn’t the cleanest and just continue ordering from Little Caesars in Auburndale. Worst part is my husband had to miss work due to food poisoning.

So they should tell you when you order that your food will be 1 hour late and cold. Called to let them know and also sent message to management and all they said was thanks for letting us know. Not even giving me new food or a coupon or something. Nope just thanks. . So no thanks . If I order again I will be picking up.
