The pizza was fine and the price was good—$30 for an extra-extra-large pizza and a large pizza.
The issue was the pickup experience. I waited while customers ahead of me were splitting their bill, which I understood. During that time, I could clearly see my already-paid-for pizzas sitting there with my name on them.
After noticing an employee pass the register a couple of times, I politely tried to get his attention to grab my order. The cashier immediately snapped at me and told me to wait my turn and that she would get to me when she was ready. The tone was rude and unnecessary. After that, she didn’t seem to have any intention of helping me at all. Another employee eventually handed me my pizzas.
That interaction alone is why I won’t be returning to this location and why I wouldn’t recommend picking up orders here. One employee’s attitude completely lost the business

I usually enjoy Papa John’s pizza, but this location was disappointing. They had paper coupons displayed on their counter, but when I tried to use one, they told me it was “online only”—even though the coupon didn’t mention any such restriction. When I pointed that out, they just said, “That’s how we do things here.” Also, their credit card machine is set up in a way that subtly pressures you to leave a tip for a simple takeout order (just one pizza). Not the best customer experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The person taking my order was not professional and behaved in a very unpleasant way for no clear reason. Based on this experience, I don’t feel confident about the quality of the food here. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Doing pickup is great – the counter staff are nice and attentive. Delivery is iffy. We just received our delivery late. The pizza was cold and one of the pizzas was wrong. Now, after calling them about it, they did rush over a properly made pizza with a different driver, so I appreciate that. But the new pizza at some point in the delivery was carried sideways, so all the cheese and toppings had slid to one side.

The worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. First pizza was so burned I’m shocked it was sent out. The lid had half the cheese stuck to it. My wife pointed out they must have flipped it and opened the box to check…AND IT WAS BLACK AND STILL SENT! We called and were told another pizza would take an hour OR we could get a “free” pizza some other time. How about you give me the pizza I paid for?! So just over an hour later the pizza in the picture is delivered. (I gave back the first pizza) Wife calls and politely informs them this pizza is also burned and asks to ONLY be refunded for the pizza. Alas, there system won’t allow a refund but we’ve been offered another “free” pizza at a later date. Hey jerks…it’s not free when I paid overprice for it!!!! My wife says it would be “unreasonable” for me to go to your location in person for a good pizza I paid for, so now I’m about to wash my mouth out (from that one bite) with Del Taco. Thanks for nothing Papa Johns.
