Wow! What can I say? It was a busy rush, the the man in charge, Jerry was kind, cool and extremely calm under pressure. He took his time to make me a great steak sandwich. Hi I would like to put a complain on 2 workers from jersey Mike one is a female Hispanic and a male Hispanic that was on the register yesterday around 2pm. I very disappointed at these employes because I ordered 2 giant on a whole weat bread. When I saw the ticket it did nIt say whole weat I should it to the cashier and asked the female taking order and she replied I never told her that I wanted it on the whole wheat. I told the cashier I dont eat white bread and he can make a new one. He took the sandwich away and said goodbye instead of saying he will glaring make a new one. That been said I I’ll reach out to the cooperate and file a complain. Jersey Mike needs to have professional workers they forget without coustomer there is no sale. My family was disappointed at these 2 workers will never return to this store.tl

The sandwich reminded me of subway sandwiches of before. Bread tasted like nothing and roast beef did not look appetizing and didbt taste good at all. Spent $24 and everything tasted like paper. So dissapointed.
