Great sandwiches, terrible service. Says they open at 10:00 but every time I go there they tell me they’re closed. Once at 10:45 and another time at 11:15. Imagine all the business they’re turning away. I’m sure the owner wouldn’t appreciate his employees turning away paying customers.

Worst ordering and assembly line process. When it’s busy, they’re completely disorganized and orders don’t get fulfilled in order. My order was skipped twice by two people behind me. Plenty of other more organized options in the food court.

Very happily surprised to see it in a corner of mall. Disappointment that it was not what was anticipated. It was the variety and choices. Loved the subs when I’ve eaten before. Just didn’t expect it to be so limited, yet understood why. I cannot remember what we had (needed to take pictures, steak sub and a chicken sub), however, it was tasty. I highly recommend it to everyone to experience. Look forward to filling my face the next time I see one.

10 minutes before closing they advise me that they were about to close. After sharing what I would like to order, they stated they can’t make that order because they were about to close. After expressing my dissatisfaction they continued to explain that there ABOUT to close and cant make my order. This will be my last time visiting this location.

Can’t give anything less than one star. Three employees putzing around, only one actively helping customers. Had to walk away in disgust after watching the overflow from the previous customers sandwich get pushed back into the lettuce bin. Beyond gross. I don’t recommend going here for sandwiches.

This place deserves no stars. Waited on line for 15 minutes just to be skipped and the employee was well aware that he skipped me and my family and took the person behind me. His coworker even told him we were next and I clearly heard him say “Oh well”.When I called him out on it all he said is “you’re supposed to order over here”. Really? You are in the wrong business guy with that attitude. So I think management should be aware that Tyrese needs a lesson in customer service, better yet manners altogether.
