This is one of the WORST “Jacks” I’ve ever been to, except for the New crew member that took my order she was Amazing, n nice, but the dinning room was dirty with trash on the floor, and tables! Look at the pic of the self service bar where people have ripped all the napkin out, and got something wet all over them from lord knows what?

Drive thru cashier has no home training. Rude and nasty for no reason. If one has to have this type of nasty attitude, they need to be at home in a corner. All the cars in the drive through had to pull up and waited over 20 minutes for food. (still waiting as I type) . No one has gotten their food. No tea, lemonade, or shakes. Why be opened??

I just want to first say, I’m not talking about all of the employees, but some of them are so rude. They are so slow, be prepared to wait in drive through and or the inside for a very long time. They won’t greet you at all. Like I said I’m not talking about all of them. I have never been in and out, not ever. Who ever is running this place should be fired. No chicken at lunch time? Set in line for ten min. At drive thru, only to be told after they took a big order on front of me, that they were closing the drive thru to come inside to order. Basically get back in line behind everyone that had walked in since I’d been sitting there. I patiently wait for them to reopen the line but they just wanted me to leave. 10 minutes later they take my order then made me park all the way at the street. Which to punish me further I waited another ten minutes. I would have left from the start had I not been picking food for someone else. This is disgraceful. I’d be embarrassed to be the manager of this poorly ran restaurant.

I arrived at 8:09 to get my mobile order that was suppose to be ready at 8:12. The lady told us to pull to a parking spot and they will bring it out. 30 minutes passed and they never brought it. So we went inside they had gave our order to the wrong car then they took another 40 minutes to redo the order smh. No Ice Cream, said machine doesn’t work. Ordered Bigger Jack with mustard, pickle, and onion, got a Big Jack with 1 peice of cheese and ketchup. I repeated my order 3 times, the girl repeated it back to me, and still got it wrong. When they fixed the bigger Jack it only had 2 PCs of cheese instead of 3. The Chicken Sandwiches only had pickles. I have eaten at Jack’s in several places, this was pitiful. Won’t go back til I know it’s up to standard.
