Not really anything close to real Mexican food like you’d find in El Paso, Texas, Las Cruses, New Mexico or Cuidad, Jurarez, Mexico. More of a Honduras/Cuban version of actual Mexican food. Which, is one step down from Tex-Mex like in Los Angeles or Phoenix.

First time here was this past Wednesday and wow, this truck is so good! I got 2 tacos de carnitas, una quesadilla de pollo, 1 sope de lengua, una torta de pastor, y una tostada de carne asada. Everything was delicious but the carnitas meat was my favorite. The lengua was super tender almost buttery like. 10/10 going for my 2nd time today! Will take pics this time before eating

Believe it or not for a food wagon that does Mexican food this one gets a five thumbs up. I’ve tried many on US1 but this one takes the Cake in my book. I’ve tasted the burritos, quesadillas, tacos and even the pepper steak. Hard to believe a food wagon can cook this good. But then it goes to show it’s got nothing to do with the business be at a restaurant local or a mobile what makes the difference is the cook. And we got to win in here. Come taste for yourself. Been in FL for the summer and boy did we try and try going to Mexican restaurants for authentic food but it all seemed like imitation Mexican food. But this place won me over. The food tastes like REAL Mexican food the salsas were super flavorful and spicy. I will love to eat this food everyday. Yum
