Poor management. Poor service. This is probably the 6th bad experience in the last few months. I kept giving them chances. We went at 8:30 pm to get an apple pie and sweet tea, neither of which they could provide bc they are “teenagers and have to clean up when they close and they got school tomorrow.” An hour and a half before they close and they decided to stop working. They also couldn’t give me a receipt bc they were “out of paper” and refused to tell me the name of any of the employees. Great work ethic, ladies. I hope you learn better work habits and relations before entering the real world in a couple years.

Driving overnight to a wedding in Alabama , and being the fastfood breakfast junkie that I am, I scan the big blue signs along the interstate to see what people are eating. Then I see Jack’s listed, something new to me. When I arrived at my destination I started to research them, fortunately there was one not far from our hotel. I had a plan for breakfast.

Every single time I order online from Jacks the order is never ready when they say it will be. Tonight I ordered a 10 piece chicken big box to be ready at 5:30 pm. Got here at 5:30 went in and it was not ready. At 5:52 got told it would be another 11 minutes because they had to cook the chicken. In the meantime, I see an entire family go in order, eat and leave. This is the second time this has happened to me at Jacks. I will not order online from them again and they should not be accepting online orders if they can’t fill them. Once again no effort was made to even apologize

I’m not sure if it’s the employees not caring or a lack of training, but more times than not, my order is wrong. They can’t even repeat my order back correctly in the drive thru. When they do read it back correctly some of my food is left out. We don’t have many dining options in Brookwood, so it is what it is. Go here at your own risk

Only issue that when I get a chicken finger snack, they barely put a handful of fries in box..Im paying for it so give decent portion. One time I even asked for large order of fries and still wasnt a handful so felt ripped off.
