Waited over 20 minutes. Didn’t even get everything. Had to ask for two missing burgers and another drink. The I assume manager, didn’t even apologize for the wait or anything. Once we got the other two burgers. One looked like someone had purposely smashed it. Went back in and got it remade. The girl at the register seemed to be annoyed about me coming in. Overall just horrible service from I assume the manager in the DT.

They closed the dining room said they were short staffed , yet there are 5 or 6 employees. Standing around doing nothing the lobby door was propped open with a rug. Went through the drive thru that was wrapped around the building they were so short staffed there was a dude in the trash corral smoking weed . He went for like 5 mins come out with garbage bags and stayed out there 10 mins smoking weed again . Clee smelled it. We had to deliver cold food to our customer. We door dash and the dude smoking weed could have brought the order out when he came back outside to smoke his weed.

This place is wild. I’ve attempted to go here a few times and it’s always the same, extremely slow and bad service. I honestly feel like I’m on a hidden camera show being pranked while simply trying to order a cheeseburger in the drive through. After repeating my simple order 5 times and they still asked what I wanted, then they asked me to wait. 5-6 minutes later after hearing nothing back I just left and went down the street to another fast food place. It wasn’t busy, it was about 9pm on a Friday 1 car in the drive through ahead of me, no one in the dining room.

After a long drive we were hoping for a table, food, and a restroom. People were sitting at tables but they locked the doors. Diningroom closed. Get in the car, go through drive thru, travel further to find a restroom. This is happening too often lately. FYI heavy construction in this area. Nice drivers permit you to turn in and out. Eat somewhere else.

I’ve had plenty of good experiences here, but today was just plain gross. I ordered a burger and these are the pickles that came on it it made the whole burger taste rotten plus there’s a small black hair in the Mayo 🙁 I usually love this place but man this was too far. This is the 3rd time my order has had a horrible mess up like this. Please do better guys

I love Wendy’s, but this location is a nightmare. They have one super friendly guy that works day shift at the money window- I want to say his name is Arthur? But I’m not sure. He is the only friendly employee I’ve seen there.
I typically go to their drive through at night, and it is consistently horrible. They serve old food that is cold, the workers are rude, and it’s unorganized. Like I said, I understand messing up a few times, but they are consistently awful during night shift.

Edit:Picked up food for hubby and i Fast, accurate, and well done however no straws. The food was hot the service so was good! You could tell everyone was enjoying their day weather or not they wasn’t.
