We had a very very bad experience here. It was so embarrassing! How can a worker there embarrass a customer like that? There was no customer service at all and just plain rudeness. So we ordered a to go and we changed our mind to just eat it there instead rather than taking it home since everybody was tired and hungry from a flight. We asked the lady in the front if we can just eat there and she nicely said yes of course! So we started taking all the food out and started eating, my uncle asked for a spoon from this lady that works in the kitchen and when she came to our table with the spoon she like announce in the whole restaurant that we can not eat a to go in the restaurant!!! And just kept talking while walking back to the kitchen. It was so embarrassing!! Everybody looked at us!! She could’ve came to our table and told us that we can’t not do it and tell us the reason why, instead of embarrassing us in the whole restaurant. We cleaned our table after we eat, even cleaner than what it was when we came in and my uncle even left a tip even if no body even bothered to ask if we needed anything. Never coming back to this location ever again.

We were seated at a table with empty coffe jar, almost as if someone didn’t clean the table properly after the people before us left. Took a long time for the lady to take our order and a long time to bring our drinks and food. Once we started eating food was more cold than warm. The table next to ours was having issues with their food as well. This was our second time coming here and I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

They need a new manager for this location. They had 11 empty and dirty tables and a line all the way outside waiting to be seated. The 2 guys up front would clean 1 table and then take 10 minutes to set someone there. The busboy wasn’t cleaning but 1 table at a time then going in the back for 15 minutes. We watched 2 servers clean the tables in their area and go get people to set there. This place is horribly mismanaged. There were plenty of tables to take that line down, but nobody was doing anything about it.

Next to interstate, so very loud outside. Not much parking when restaurant is full, and it was. If you are traveling and need a quick stop next to the interstate, then the food and service are great. If you are in a bigger vehicle, there might be parking behind restaurant behind Discount Tires.

Just if you go there for mother’s day go early and be prepared to wait. The food is really good and came out hot. We had a wonderful waitress. But it took extremely long for our food.

The greeter totally ignored my daughter and I and proceeded to seat a family of 6. I said “excuse Mr?” Several times and she acted like she didn’t know English so I said in Spanish. Then she told the other guy, “she first, I guess” she was very rude! She didn’t even acknowledge us. We were seated and the waiter was not very friendly. We felt rushed! We are not going back.

Our waitress took a very long time to come out with our drinks (which was only two waters) the time for the food was ridiculously long, overall food tasted great. If I would to go back I’d probably ask for a certain waiter/waitress.
