We had a nice time with friends after an event. Of course, the butter croissants are always a great start. It was not too busy however timeliness of service during out meal seemed a bit short. Overall a great experience as we had great conversation with friends over a meal.

I’m an early eater! My party and I came around 11:00 AM and were seated quite promptly by the hostess; the waitress was soft-spoken but diligent! She was amazing; she didn’t forget any of our orders, she was courteous to make sure the apps came out before our entrees, and always checked up on us every now and then!

We were seated in a booth right away, but our table was leaning so bad towards the aisle. We just moved all of our things to the next table. Our server Ally was great! Very friendly and attentive. As for the manager that ran the food, not so much. She didn’t ask if that was what we ordered, or if we needed anything else. In fact, she didn’t say one single word. Maybe Ally should train her on customer service. The lemon pepper fish and CFS were pretty good. The broccoli, cheese casserole was not as good as it used to be. Seemed to have a lot of onions. That was disappointing. Not the onion, just overall. The cream gravy was also very disappointing. It was almost milky. The appetizer took 20 minutes and the entrees took 30 minutes to come out, which is not a big deal, but it was my daughter’s lunch break. Maybe they were short staffed. Once again, thank you Ally for your friendly service.

Service was great, food was average. I had a full rack of ribs, which is advertised to be falling off the bone. This was not the case. The meat also had a funky taste to it. I won’t be returning.

We revisited this location after a horrible first experience where the waitress refused to come by our table. I’m not too sure why, we never even spoke to her and didn’t know she was our waitress until after 1 1/2 of waiting someone said something and pointed her out. We were very nervous when we sat down but our waitress was attentive and helpful in solving an issue with the food. The hostess also made sure that she would be by as soon as we sat down and the manager on duty was super helpful too! All in all it was a great running chain of staff that worked well together.

I’m giving 2 stars just for the croissants. Thats being gracious. To me it seems like just uncaring college kids run this place. We were quick to order and the food came out decent, but I also ordered a painkiller. A wondrous drink that looked amazing and I was excited to try. Sad news, it never came. Before, during, and after the meal it never showed up. Wanna know what did though? It showed on my bill. A drink a never had. What’s worse is when I brought it to our servers attention she didn’t even apologize for it. Removes it from the bill…but not even a care in the world. Learned my lesson. Go for the croissants and don’t stay for anything else.

Very disappointed as I love Cheddars but the whole meal was a disappointment They have removed some of the best parts of the menu like ground beef from the queso, the broccoli casserole that has changed and did not taste that good. It was shoved in a small saucer which spilled all over my food. My ribs were so dry and it was like chewing shoe leather. My son’s were better than mine. The croissants barely had any butter on them and we were not given any extra. I only took one picture sorry. We tried telling our waitress Lily but she said they must have changed things and walked away. We never saw her again until we were getting ready to leave. She was busy attending to the young man she was flirting with at the bar. She was also talking to the women from the table in the bar area and her young daughter who was at the bar (very not appropriate ). She was sitting up and at one point was almost on the bar. So she did not care about her customers. She finally came up after I paid on the machine since she never came back. We never once received the ability to have a drink refill (never offered), or asked if we even wanted dessert. I guess she felt that since we had a machine to do her job for her than she did not need to come back. It was not busy as they had just opened but when there is a cute boy why not stay and talk to him…
