Tonight my grandfather wanted to spend his 80th birthday at Cracker Barrel, which was also Thanksgiving Day! From the hostess to the waiter to the manager, the staff were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond for him by coming out to sing all together and giving him ice cream. Definitely a top tier experience for our family and especially on a holiday. The food and service was prompt, great quality and exactly what it should taste like. Thank you for down home Cracker Barrel experience.

Went last night and I must say I enjoyed my food, my server Deborah, and the management all took care of me. I and my wife both had steak, the grill cook delivered! The steak was tender juicy and the shrimp topped the steak off perfectly. My wife ended the meal with an order of beignets and they were delicious. We shopped around their store and it was nice and tidy. The restaurant was nice and clean the manager checked on us at least 3 times. We will definitely be going back.

Today I was at the Cracker Barrel here Alexandria in Louisiana. And I got the amazing pleasure to meet with this wonderful lady Teresa she was our waitress. What a wonderful person. It’s a terrible place. They brought me something completely different from what I ordered! They said they would bring part of the order and never brought it. and there was mayonnaise in the pancakes!!! It was disgusting! we love this network and often eat in it! The coffee tasted like water! but still, the most outraging thing is that mayonnaise was put in sweet pancakes! This is the worst Cracker Barrel I’ve never been in! And the food was cold!

Our waitress basically told my son to be quiet so she can take our drink order the way she wanted. She also was calling my husband love, sweetie, and baby and nobody else. Just disrespectful. Our food was not good. Chicken fried steak tasted burnt, hardly no mac n cheese on plate, my sons trout was so fishy that you couldn’t even taste the flavoring on it. It was so bad. Beans were hard. Steak was not cooked right. Okra was greasy It took us almost 45 mins to get out food. Just not a good experience. Will not be back.
