It’s IHOP! Pancakes are always great, and the combinations are endless for the types and toppings. Great eggs, omelettes, and brunch items. The steak tips and eggs was better than expected. Service is always great and friendly. This particular place has a tiny parking lot which always makes it a challenge.

Our hostess Ashley was very friendly and professional although she was very busy with multiple tables throughout our time there she was very detailed oriented and didn’t forget a thing ! I’ll be looking forward to see her again at this location our meal was delicious and although the servings looked a little bit smaller they were just about perfect to finish ( I don’t like wasting food) thank you !!

Great IHOP to stop by. Smaller than others we’ve been to but with a great punch of hospitality and one of the best, great server I’ve ever encounter in our travels name Ashleigh. It was a busy morning but we got sat at our table quickly, and our order got taken by Ashleigh without any mistakes and got serve very quick. Her service was amazing, quick and witty. Best service ever!!♥️

I had the country fried steak. My expectations for it were not high but when I cut into it and took my first bite … wow.. what a surprise.. it far exceeded my expectations.. the steak cut so easily and was so tender and good. And full of flavor from the fried batter and the gravy. I had not expected something to be so good from a place like IHOP but it was amazing. The location here in Cherry Hill NJ is very old and is in bad need of an update.. the upholstery on the seats in the booths are torn and duct taped together. The kitchen is kind of right in the middle of the dining area and needs better ventilation as your eyes can be bothered by the cooking. The food and service excellent

Awful, DO NOT EAT HERE, The service, the food, are mediocre. Me and my family went in on Sunday afternoon. Food took over half an hour to come out and when it did they skimmed on the ingredients ( ex. no banana in the strawberry banana pancakes, or going to the store to purchase turkey sausage??) interior was filthy and the bathroom was gross. It was giving internal theft.

I think it s probably the best place to go for and the kids live it due to the special plates. Of food the service you .. I would recommend this to a friend or family , It’s a friendly atmosphere and the service is good but on the weekends you may have to wait a bit longer to be served. ,But other wise there isn’t another place as this one where you can get whatever you like and have it done your way . The food was decently good but our waitress (a black woman that looks like in her 40s) didn’t check up on us, we didn’t get refills, and when we wasn’t ready to pay yet she said y’all can pay now and sit there i have to leave when we wasn’t ready. They were also arguing about money being loud very inappropriate also they need to stock up on soap because they barely had any.

Overall, a good experience – and the food was delicious. I ordered a burger (I had planned to order from the 55+ menu, but choices were limited) and was able to substitute broccoli for fries and my friend got an omelette. Prices were somewhat high (w/ extra charges for several things), but not exorbitant. Service was great.
