Our Texas Roadhouse in Fishers is consistently good–both food and service. We particularly love the fried pickles and the ribs and, of course, the rolls. While other restaurants seem to be cutting back on staff and providing poor service, Texas Roadhouse continues to have lots of staff hustling every time we go and we always receive fast and friendly service.

Where do I begin?! First off, we went on Fathers Day at 4:30p and stupidly didn’t expect it to be busy so early. The very kind hostesses gave us a wonderful welcome and wait time of 20-30 minutes, which is 100% okay! It ended up being only 15 minutes – even better! Our server, Kiley was attentive, quick, kind, and everything you would want in an amazing server! Everything we ordered was in stock, including my husband’s prime rib that is NEVER in stock ANYWHERE! Was it loud? Sure… it was Father’s Day BUT everyone was so fast and the turnaround was so fast, it was great! I don’t know how they managed to do everything so quick and efficient but they did! I appreciate the manager coming around to check on us and it wasn’t because she had to, she acted like she wanted to! Honestly this was the best dining experience I have had in years!!! Well done!!!!! Thanks again, Kiley!

Ordered pickup via the app, my food was ready in 15 min, was welcomed by the greeters and on my way I went. I had the catfish w/ buttered corn and a Caesar salad. My husband had the chicken critters w/ loaded steak fries and buttered corn. Oh and I dare not forget those warm rolls w/ a side of cinnamon butter . Will surely visit again.

The steaks are excellent. It doesn’t matter what you get, it’s well seasoned and tasty. My wife had the sirloin and I had the strip and they were both tender, with the right amount of seasoning and char from the grill. The chili was good and the cactus blossom was delicious. Service was good and our party of 4 always had timely refills.

Texas Roadhouse continues to hold the standard for quality steaks at an equitable price without sacrificing flavor or taste. Perfectly cooked sirloin and grilled shrimp for me, 12 oz ribeye for my guest, chilled house salad, fresh and crispy blooming/cactus (onion), baked potato, rice, green beans, and those fantastic TR rolls with cinna-butter! Hard to beat in my opinion. Although the success of the meals means crowds show up, some with birthdays, so the noise level was a distraction. But overall, service was good, John delivered the food in appropriate intervals that didn’t crowd the table or the appetite! Highly recommend.
