My kid & I tried this place for the first time and had a great experience. Our server was attentive and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I had the burnt ends brisket w/ fries and my son had the chicken tenders w/ fries — both tasty. We were so full we didn’t have room for dessert, but we’ll have to try next time! It was around lunch time when we went but it wasn’t crowded and we were seated right away. Thanks for an awesome lunch! We’ll definitely be back!

We came here for dinner while family were visiting from San Diego! My chicken fried steak was very good with white gravy. My son’s brisket sandwich was mediocre. Everything else was very good! Bailey did a great job as our server. She was friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, we had a nice dinner.

We very much enjoyed this place! The food was tasty and fresh, barbecue tho is not as full of flavor as in Texas. In Idaho you must definitely taste their tasty potato’s! The staff is great and place overall has cool vibe, rather quiet with some TVs playing live sports.

We stopped in for dinner and it was delicious! My husband had the Pit and Press Brisket sandwich and I had the wedge salad. My salad was more like a double wedge. I enjoyed it! We had never been to this restaurant and decided to stop. It didn’t disappoint at all. Stop in and try it! Totally worth it. All of the staff had great customer service and made it such a great experience. We will be back again when we come back to town.

Amazing food I came 2 consecutive times in one week. The prime rib melts in your mouth and the beef ribs are mouth watering. Get a freshly squeezed lemonade you won’t regret it. The chef is a expert in his craft and top notch meals for a great price

Steak literally melts in your mouth, I ordered the Mopped Delmonico Steak and I must say 10/10 without a doubt. Big shout out to the Chef as well especially for recommending the Key Lime Pie after a filling steak. The pie was also amazing

We dined here tonight. My first and last time here was 2019. It dawned on us that we hadn’t given Goodwood another thought after that!
Thank you for such attentive service and good food. Our server was Peyton, and we appreciate her. Aside from finding a little peel in our onion ring – which wasn’t an issue, my husband only brought it to Peyton’s awareness – our meal was perfect. We had a jovial evening.
We’ve been constantly disappointed with almost every supposedly good restaurants for the last three years, that we almost don’t dine out anymore. They seemed indifferent when we pointed out the badly prepared food and didn’t care to make anything right. So I really hope Goodwood keeps up the fine service.
We’ll be back soon! We know where to go now, for celebrations!

Good BBQ for these parts, service was stellar, nothing negative about the atomosphere it just was not 5 star. Prices are also solid as well. I had ribs, brisket, pot salad and beans. I am very particular with BBQ and I enjoyed it enough to be curious and try other items on the menu on the next visit.

Their chili is as good as I have eaten anywhere – a little spicy so if you like it mild ask for it to be toned down. BBQ is great as well. One of our party had the Babyback Ribs and they looked great!
