I went here on a Saturday morning which is usually pretty packed, but me and my fiancé got seated right away. The staff were friendly and patient. Ordered two omelets both were pretty good but I recommend the steak one more than the bacon one if you’re really big on flavors. The steak comes with a red sauce that added a lot to the overall flavor and experience. The wait time on the food was reasonable. The bathrooms are pretty small and parking is pretty tight, but after that 8/10 experience.
Update: I went back a couple of more times throughout the year and this place is always packed after 8 am. I got the chance one time to come in right when they opened and the staff has always been a delight, food is always fresh. Only thing is be prepared for them to run out of ice cream for their milkshakes because of how delicious they are ! I recommend the cinnamon milkshake.

Unfortunately our dining in experience was horrible at this ihop. seems like the staff is not trained on how to treat a customer. There were no smiles, just weird stares among the staff from walking us to our table.
It took the waitress 25 mins to bring our food, which was very basic pancakes, hash browns, eggs,…
Ordered 2 hash browns, brought only one. When we inquired about the second, instead of let me check or sorry about that…”I didn’t have any hash browns for her”. .. Walked away and brought one more without saying sorry or than you for waiting… It felt like she was doing us a favor. Tempted to not tip her at all … I don’t believe she deserves it with this attitude.
She asked the lady next to our table, how she is doing or want anything more.
Not once she asked for us or brought any napkins. Between 8 of us (including 2 kids) she gave 6 napkins.

Our waitress finally came to us and asked if we are ready to order. No name, no what can I get you to drink. Nothing.
Sat and waited 45 minutes for pancakes eggs and breakfast burrito.
Checked in us 2 times the entire meal.
The entire time she gave us an attitude like we were the inconvenience.
They don’t have enough cooks and the windows are always full waiting for food to get run or taken to the table.
Will not be returning.

It’s IHOP! Pancakes are always great, and the combinations are endless for the types and toppings. Great eggs, omelettes, and brunch items. The steak tips and eggs was better than expected. Service is always great and friendly. This particular place has a tiny parking lot which always makes it a challenge.

But Cherry Hill? Cherry Hill is doing something right. I rolled in at 10 AM on a weekday, a time you’d expect a chain diner to be half-empty and low-energy. Instead, it was packed. Not uncomfortably crowded, but alive with families, retirees, and a whole lot of happy breakfast energy. It’s the kind of scene IHOP should be, and it felt like a step back in time to when this brand had its act together.
Let’s talk about the vibe. Safe. Friendly. Welcoming. This isn’t one of those locations where you wonder if your pancakes are going to come with a side of drama. The Cherry Hill IHOP is clean, calm, and clearly well-managed. They’ve nailed the atmosphere, proving that when a restaurant prioritizes the customer experience, people show up—even on a random Tuesday morning.

Honestly I can’t complain about the lady who served us she did her job was super helpful and friendly but this place has to be shut down and cleaned utensils dirty my cup had pieces floating in it, windows dirty with dead bugs table filthy it’s the worst place to eat their cleanliness is horrible, I don’t know how it went shut down at this point super
Disgusting I just took my food and left … it needs to be shut down cleaned and sanitized all products wiped the syrups

Ill start with the positives: the food was cooked and flavored very well. The man on the grill did a great job preparing our food (2 Jr burgers, fries, Colorado omlette, hash browns, sirloin tips, and mashed potatoes).
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The fountain drinks were watered down (we ordered 2 different flavors thinking it may just have been the first) and the side of sour cream we ordered was spoiled.
The wait staff also left much to be desired.
1. Meals weren’t brought out together (hash browns by themselves for one person along with a 2nd persons meal, leaving 2 others members of our party to wait).
2. When asked about the hot chocolates I ordered for the kids, she said she decided to wait to bring them out so it didnt spoil their appetite. (That’s not her call to make; they should’ve been brought out with all the other drinks instead of 15-20 minutes later.)
3. General lack of professionalism and customer service. I shouldn’t hear her using profanity with her coworkers on the floor, nor should I have to ask her for napkins when there’s only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant.
Not sure if the service is why the restaurant was so empty on a Friday night, but I definitely won’t be returning as a result.
