I loved this McDonald’s. The location is perfect. This restaurant has been standing strong for a long time. I never want to see it closing. But, management needs better customer care services. Seeing my food being, ‘tossed and thrown around is not the way that I’d Iike for my day to begin. Expediters griping at the customers. No, “Welcomes” no “thank yous”. I get the sense of, “I wish I could quit” or “These people are getting on my nerves.” It happens all of the time for breakfast. It’s becoming consistent, in such a way that I’d rather drive the 10 minutes that it takes to get to another location. I hope things change but for now, just letting you know before you go.

This location knows how to treat customers and to start off I came in not the best mood because another location fumbled my order but here Not only was I receiving great service but additionally they made me aware of a deal that I can use from the app.

It’s McDonald’s, so expect the obvious. However, I’m writing this review specifically about the service. This place is known for wrong orders and, most of all, for always not giving you any of the condiments that come with the meal you purchase. If you order Chicken McNuggets, they will 100% of the time not even offer you a dipping sauce. You always have to ask for it, and when your food is handed to you, you need to make sure your sauce is included, but most likely it isn’t, and now you have to ask for it once again. It’s infuriating getting back to the office or home only to realize they didn’t give you the basic condiments. I’m not sure if the directive comes from management or even ownership, but you all need to know this in order for them to address this problem.

Don’t believe the positive reviews about this place, doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. They CONSTANTLY get orders incorrect, forget food (that can literally be sitting on the counter), rude drive thru staff and overall incompetence here. Spend your money elsewhere if you value it any.

This place is always clean. The children’s area too. Joselin is cleaning everytime I come. Energy multitasks flawlessly and I never have to wait too long before he notices and attends to me. Niki is always wonderful at the front counter and she’s my favorite ! I go looking for her every single time. Making orders at the kiosk is easy but Niki never hesitates to help

Nikki brought me the best iced coffee today for the drive up order . Looked exactly the image on the app. That was so cool to start a Friday morning cause let’s face it , it’s uncommon for any McDonald’s. Also her personality is great she does go the extra mile . And I know McDonald’s doesn’t pay extra for that . Move her up ! Very committed

I asked for my order on the Monopoly menu, which is more expensive, and they gave me a regular order under the pretext of not having stickers from that game. I explained to them that if I paid for an order with a prize, they should give it to me and they said they don’t care.
