Update: We went back for our free entree. I ordered a medium rare steak and it was raw, even after I sent it back. We will never be back.
My fiancé and I absolutely love Saltgrass. We have come for Christmas Day lunch, so we were so excited to try their Valentine’s Day dinner. Two weeks in advance, he made the reservation for 8:30. When we showed up, there was a line out the door. They weren’t even sitting reservations immediately. We waited 15 minutes to be sat, and there was no sitting room, only standing while we waited. Once we were finally sat, our amazing, incredible waitress, Savannah, began helping us. Savannah was by far the best part of our stay. In fact, she was the only positive thing about our stay. When we ordered our food, we both ordered the Ribeye and the Tenderloin. We waited almost an hour to receive our food, and we got it, our entire meal was cold. We called Savannah over, and she apologized profusely and took it back. We wait close to another 30 minutes, and what they brought back out was the same exact steak, recooked, and still cold, but now they weren’t cooked to order. However, somehow, after cooking my fiancé’s steak twice, it was still cold and raw in the middle. We ended up not getting a single meal in the entire two hours we were there. It was absolutely insane and ruined our whole night.
I want to end this by adding, the manager was incredible. Not only did we not pay for anything, but he has offered for us to come back and have a meal on them to make up for it. Like I began with, we love Saltgrass, so we were absolutely devastated with how this went.
Ps. Please give Savannah a raise. That girl worked her butt off. We tipped her for the whole meal because she was amazing.

Food was decent, service was so so. I liked the Western decor of the restaurant. Steak was small for the price and definitely not medium but salads were good and the fried pickles deserve 5 stars. Will most likely return. Not that my opinion matters.

Went back after a Valentine’s Day nightmare for our free meal and the steaks came out wrong AGAIN. My fiancé ordered the filet medium rare. I ordered the bone in ribeye medium rare and both steaks came out really rare. We sent them back mine came back correct. My fiancés filet came out cut up and charred into four pieces. The waitress had us cut into them and my fiancé just happened to cut into one of the 4 pieces that was cooked correctly although tough and charred to death. The other three pieces were rare as the first time. Will not be coming back. First time at this facility and not impressed at all. First when we walked in, the manager was at the reception desk and did not acknowledge us at all despite being the only one there! Thought about leaving but decided to stay and give the benefit of the doubt, big mistake. Waiter was not attentive to us and kept forgetting items we ordered. The ambience seems a bit old and rustic, maybe appealing to some but not my taste. Ordered the brisket nachos and the brisket was stringy and lumpy and does not taste like brisket at all. The steaks were mediocre at best, ordered medium but got medium well to well done. Mashed potatoes were cold and not tasty at all, tasted like they’d been sitting in a pot the entire day. Decided not to complain due to the service already offered. Definitely not going back.

Went and had myself a 16oz Ribeye with Broccoli and a Ranch Water. The service was good the lady was nice and pretty solid on keeping things going but didn’t quite care to have much Convo. The steak seemed interesting. I wasn’t sure it was really even a 16oz and it was shaped kind of weird from a traditional ribeye you may see at the grocery store. It was probably a 1/2 in h cut. It was cooked a tiny bit medium well vs medium but it was tender and juicy. The food tastes good as well. The ranch with the salad for me was the highlight.

We ate at the SaltGrass restaurant on Memorial in Oklahoma City. I have to say, this place is an oasis! The setting is relaxed, the music is soft, the service was wonderful. Our server, Kaylee, was very professional and helpful. The food was scrumptious, even their salad dressings are all housemade, so delicious!

First time coming here , read all the great reviews so i dont know what’s the problem, but we waited over 40 mins to receive our food , when received it was very cold all of it was and i do not like returning my food unless its really really necessary, so whatever ate our food , now i do not want to pull this “ race “ card but i very much did notice we ( hispanics ) did NOT receive the same amount of service our fellow Americans would. I noticed everyone got their food much faster than us and everyone else would get checked up on repeatedly, the 1 hr and a half i was here we got checked on id say maybe 3 times . Now like i said i am not pulling that card and saying thats the reason we were given poor service i do not like being that person but its hard not to see it that way. My gf is also pregnant and was given a near raw steak so overall our experience wasnt too great.
