Went through the drive-thru because it is absolutely freezing outside at night time/evening so I went through the drive-thru they were moderately busy nothing crazy I just ordered their two for eight and I got two double cheeseburgers that was it no drink no nothing no sides just that they told me to pull around all the way around the building to spot one that was a task trying to find that LOL so I sat there waiting for the dude to bring my sandwiches out after 15-20 minutes I was like oh crap it’s been awhile so I walked in there and he was like oh yeah they’re fresh we have to make them fresh and I was like it took 20 minutes it was crazy and then he just handed me my bag and was like okay I have a good day I was like wow. It’s crazy how customer service has just gone down the toilet these days.

You walk in to a sticky mess, then there’s a sign on the window that is false advertising because it says $5 A&W box, yet you ask about it and all there $5 options are KFC?! And what happened to the old fashioned root beer dispenser that make it so you can get more then just foam? So we ordered anyways and the frustration are just greasy and the burger is flavorless, I actually had to appreciate the mustard to get it choked down. Very very disappointed

Wow the prices are $$$$$. We did find one good deal on the menu 4 pc chicken wing, leg, thigh and center breast, a biscuit and two sides for $10. Compared to the rest of the menu that was a steal. It’s KFC the flavors have not changed.

Called ahead to order. Everyone was friendly and thorough. They offered plates, cups and silverware- which was really considerate. Food was fresh and hot. They didn’t gripe when I added/altered the order when I arrived. Very pleased with both service and food. The Colonel would be proud.

Love the team, they do go the extra mile and are full of smiles. Food is pretty consistent, good, mostly fresh. Shake machine outdated, creates long waits for 2 milkshakes. Needs a serious face-lift, frequently the front area is empty, Noone greets you coming in the door. staffing is minimal.
