The people working here are unbelievably numb to smiling or even having any emotion about interacting with the customers. This is one of the worst places to visit. Unfortunately it’s the only place close to a burrito like this. This place could kill if they the owners hired some personable employees.

Unfortunately I had to delete my 5 star review.. I’ve ate here for many years since it opened up and my visit today was absolutely miserable and a on going problem I noticed.. my food was great and the employee’s was awesome. but over the years this place has had a serious problem with A/C… my visit today was 80 degrees inside the store and climbing, outside temp is 84.. I’ve been told in the past the owner didn’t like turning the A/C on (if true or not i have no clue) but I was only able to eat half my food and packed it up as I was soaked in sweat just sitting in the booth and mind you I’m also on a motorcycle… owner really needs to figure out this occurring A/C problem as I can only imagine having to work in a closed up building in this kind of temperature all day and no air

I’m not even upset at the fact that the person behind the counter didn’t acknowledge us. We patiently waited a few minutes until another employee walked out from the back. We ordered a bowl and a burrito. They scraped the bottom of the bin and gave us the last of the leftover dry, hard rice. The pork was tasteless. Parts of it were pink and complete mush while others were gray and hard as a rock. The man who built my bowl was slinging ingredients to the point that, I had a significant amount of items in my bowl that I did not order. I can’t believe we waisted our time and money on inedible food.

I decided to get hot heads today via uber, this was around 7pm est..I ordered the lorey spicy chicken, and added sour cream. i started eating, no issues 30 minutes later, my stomach feels weird, my mouth is watering and I throw up more than once.. before eating this meal, i had no issues and my prior meal was at 1230pm. I am not happy at all. please make sure you are handling food correctly and not letting food stay out all day without throwing it out.

My mother-in-law tried to place an order thru phone to come and pickup since she doesnt do apps on phone because she is a senior citizen, the person that answered said you can use the app to place order at which time she stated that she was a senior citizen and didnt know how to use app. Person told her oh well and hung up phone. This store has repeatedly ignored and belittled customers on many occasions and they should be ashamed to be business. I know I will never step foot there again myself, and Chipotle will get our business

Rude employee. Never asked what I wanted or how can I help you or anything. Just walked up with a frown like I was an inconvenience although I was the only person in there. Ordered a chicken bowel and pop was 13.89 and got about 4 tiny cubes of chicken that was cold by the time I sat down to eat it less than a quarter mile from my home. That will be my last time going there. I’m pretty sure this location has been bought out by different owners.

The older gentleman who is working this evening appears to be the manager. He was extremely rude when he spoke and was bothered by you taking your time to select what you wanted to order . This is the second time I have gone in there and had a rude person wait on me. That is not customer service that is pathetic. I feel bad for the young man who is working with this older rude gentleman because he is not setting a good example for our youth today. He is also not helping with the stereotypes that come with who he is.
