This is the only location I know of that makes the steak so small that it’s basically ground beef. All the other locations like Lebanon and Princeton have actual cubes of steak, which makes the burritos more appetizing.

There wasn’t any one in the restaurant at 3:45 so I should have known then. The food looked like it was sitting out for a while. very skimpy on the single scoop they do on every ingredient. It was a young boy so I felt obligated to buy after I seen the welted lettuce. Most of the sauces was near gone the sour cream he was scraping the sides and bottom to get some. Worst part of it all.. I definitely got a little food poisoning luckily I got a stomach of steel so it’s not terrible but I KNOW it was that food.

Ordered 2 burritos and nachos, 1 burrito and nachos were incorrect and when calling about it the store manager refused to remake the food saying he had camera proof and when I offered to watch it together with him he suddenly didnt have access to them. He refused at first to give his name and had to ask atleast 8 times for it. Maineville is the only hot head I normally eat at because it was the best and now thanks to Roy (store manager) I will never eat hot head

The service was good, and the restaurant was clean. Plenty of seating. I ordered the Americana Burrito which consisted white rice, taco meat, pico, sour cream, taco sauce, cheddar, and lettuce. The burrito size was very large, but the taste although good was a little bland. I will order something with a little more but next time.

Got 2 steaks and I went back in because it did not taste like the steak I asked for a refund and was told they would Not give me a refund on them. IT tasted as if it was cat or dog. Both the Ladys there did not speak the English language. If I could give them a zero star I would . The meat they gave to us on our food was NOT steak.

Ordered 2 $10 quesadillas with chicken and cheese and it’s half filled with hardly any chhicken. Why am I paying $10 for a tortilla with a dash of cheese and chicken? Ridiculous and very unsatisfied as it’s mainly tortilla.

Terrible the nachos and everything else tasted like straight trash. It was interesting how the nachos evaporated into the bowl when I live in the neighborhood right behind the store. Somebody here doesn’t know how to prepare Mexican food

My meat was RAW. Literally pink and I couldn’t eat it. Will be bringing it back tomorrow for my money back because these bowls are not cheap. You could kill someone serving them raw food.
Edit: they won’t even refund my bowl even though I brought the ENTIRE bowl back because I’m not eating raw meat, and I woke up this morning throwing up. They are about to have a whole lawsuit on their hands because I can sue for a restaurant making me sick

Was in town and decided to give my original hothead location a go. I moved and now frequent the Lebanon Location(5/5)!!. Upon arrival, I was excited for the updates to the inside and floors, however there was no greeting, just a stare. I decided to wait until a greeting before ordering which made this customer-employee interaction very awkward. I proceeded with my order and was quickly disgusted by the overall appearance of the food. The guacamole and lettuce was completely brown, and room visibly warm. The employee did not say a single word during the checkout process.
Upon getting home, the “steak” tasted so disgusting, had to spit it out, and was soft. I called location and asked for Manager which they could not provide. I stated that I called to inform the steak was bad and not serve-able. No apologies, no reassurance, simply, no words. Not sure if the message was received. Sadly, the service and food does not compare to when it did two years ago, and maybe with better customer service I would give the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately not in this case. Just wanting this to reach the manager!
