Food was good, one employee to run the store. She was not a happy person and it showed in her interaction, and customer service . She needs help in the store we believe. I’m sure she’s a nice person but last evening was not her shining moment.

Redicilous had the steak nuggets Mac bowl and wow it was dry. I had many Arby’s Mac before and they where great. The steak nuggets are redicilous over rated and priced 5 pieces the size of my thumb in the whole bowl soggy and lame fried onions on top. For 10 bucks redicouls small portion and not good

Ordered a classic meal. Asked for the drink to be substituted for a orange cream shake.

I was charged full price for the shake, a large, and my wife ordered one too.

Drinks arrive and look smaller than a large. I asked the assistant manager she said those are large. Large is supposed to be 32 oz.

Got home and measured they were 20 oz. So got ripped off twice and lied to. Don’t go here!

EDIT: When corporate Arbys sent me an email to review them I told them about this inicdent. They never replied.

It seems they do not care that their store managers are stealing from customers. They seem to think I, or others, will just go there because of their food. Well the food has gotten worse year to year. The service worse year to year. The prices higher year to year. The portion sizes smaller year to year.

Since this incident I have yet to go back to ANY Arby’s and do not plan to do so anytime. I hope others will follow or at least demand properly filled orders.

If we can keep them accountable then maybe we can effect a positive change and get the proper value for our money.

They cannot get the order correct, told them 3 times at the drive thru, only cheese and only tarter sauce nothing about lettuce and they had it on there, if they can’t hear on headpiece shut down the drive thru lanes.

We ordered a roast turkey and bacon sandwich and a roast beef and cheddar sandwich, with a small curly fry. The fries were cold, hard, and old. And the guy touched them with his bare hands, I could see it through the window. The turkey sandwich had hardly any turkey on it and the bacon was rock hard. And the roast beef sandwich was super sloppy and it did not taste right. The beef tasted weird, I can’t explain it. But we’ve had these items at Arby’s before so we know what it’s supposed to be like.
I called the store and the guy who answered said he was the manager, and he seemed annoyed that I was complaining, and afterwards he asked, “well, what do you want ME to do about it?” And I said “nothing, I just wanted you to know how messed up it all was.” And he just hung up on me. I don’t understand what kind of customer service is that? I wasn’t even being rude or upset about it. It’s just that we paid almost 20 dollars for all this and it’s just extremely disappointing.

Needless to say we will not be returning to this Arby’s.

This store was immaculate. I’ve run restaurants before (including fast food) and I know how much work goes into maintaining a space like Arby’s. I was shocked to see how perfect everything looked. I know that it was a new restaurant, so some amount of niceness is expected, but this was beyond my expectations.

When we arrived, the manager was cleaning the dining room and she greeted us as if we were friends. It was very welcoming. She took our order, expressed pride in her store when I complimented it, and delivered our food to our table. We had a small mistake with our order (it was a little complicated due to allergies, I admit) and she quickly fixed the issue with a smile. The sandwiches were… perfect. It was as if we got the sandwiches that the food photography for Arby’s was working with. The beef was slightly pink and super moist and flavorful. The buns were soft and fluffy. Everything was super hot and the sauces were contained in the sandwich, not squished out all over the wrapper. I don’t know if these folks were the Arby’s experts or what, but it was absolutely the best Arby’s experience I’ve ever had.

I think pictures of half-eaten food can be gross, but I had to show how amazing my half-eaten sandwich was, so excuse the weird picture. So thick and juicy!

I am absolutely devastated by my experience. For a relatively new Arby’s, I expected a much higher standard, but this visit was beyond disappointing. I placed a simple order for pickup, and when I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was immediately met with a rude, dismissive tone from the employee, who clearly didn’t want to be there. I gave my name, and was sharply told, “Well, it just came through, you’ll have to wait!” Fine. No problem.

But instead of letting me stop at the window, even just to hand me my drinks, I was told to drive all the way to the end of the building. Not a word at the window. No eye contact. No courtesy. Just an order to move along.

Eventually, someone brought out my food and drinks. I drove off, only to realize when I got home that my fries were missing. I called the store, and was once again met with the same indifferent attitude. The person on the phone actually said, “I knew I forgot something.” You knew—but didn’t bother to fix it? Why wouldn’t you double-check the order before handing it off? It was 9 PM. The place wasn’t even busy!

I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one, I’d have to come all the way back. Then, when I went to eat my sandwich, I found out it was cold. Not just slightly cold, like the meat was never even warmed up to begin with.

So now I’m out $30, and if I want the $5 fries I paid for, I’ll have to spend another $15 in gas just to go back. Unbelievable.

0 out of 5 stars. Do not recommend this location. Truly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.

I have used the Mauston store on several occasions for hosting large parties and get 8-15 pounds of roast beef and buns(Order a couple days in advance). The manager at this store(Kim) is FANTASTIC. Customer service is wonderful, she’s friendly, accommodating and the place is spotless. Everyone always loves the sandwiches since it’s something different than a normal cookout. 100% recommend this Arby’s location.
