I decided to order online because I am not feeling well. My order was for hibachi chicken and you could add another meat for a charge which I did for shrimp for 5 extra dollars. I said no mushrooms on my order because I am allergic to them. When the food was delivered it was greasy with mushrooms all in my vegetables. When I called to complain the young girl that got on the phone I am sure, young enough to be one of my grandchildren kept calling me hun. First of all Texas or not it is unprofessional. She told me I could come back and get my order done right.

I told her that is why I had it delivered I do not feel well. I then asked to speak to the manager that stated he would replace the food but not give me a refund. I do understand I can see if I ate the steak I need to pay for it, but since I cannot eat it I should be refunded. He lied and said you should have said you don’t want mushrooms in the entrée instead of the rice. First of all I had been going to this location for years and they don’t even have mushrooms in their fried rice. His name was Tommy and I told him I was calling my bank for a refund and they would certainly be getting the food back I could not eat. Horrible customer service and manager. Also the portions for 45 dollars are dreadful. If you enlarge the pictures you can see grease bubbles in the vegetables. They do it right when dining in but do NOT order to go.

Food is always delicious!!
The service is great!!
Music and environment is nice and relaxing.
Yaya is our waitress she is the best and always remembers our order.
It’s always full of people here so we usually dine in without live show. But overall my family loves coming here to eat. We recommend the crispy sushi rolls and chicken and steak fried rice hibachi.

We have been talking about this place for years but never been inside until today. We have friends who rave about this place.
It was early afternoon, before the crowd arrived. We were seated promptly (all your party has to be here or they won’t seat you, 3 of us arrived and the 4th was not here yet and we had to wait). We were the only ones in the hibachi area at this time. We were attended to right away, drink order taken and menus given. We all placed our orders. The drinks arrived, then our 1st course, the salad and the soup. The salad was pretty small, as was the soup. They were decent, nothing special. Then the host showed up with our food. The “show” was entertaining, he was sociable and funny. Then he served us. I ordered steak and snapper. The steak was cooked medium like I asked, the snapper wasnt bad but wasn’t what I expected and it was a smaller portion than I hoped. Wife ordered shrimp and chicken. She says the shrimp were chewy, a little overdone. Stepson said his calamari had no flavor but said the lobster was awesome. We all agreed the vegetables and fried rice were a little on the salty side. Had we known they would have came out that way, we would have told him easy on the sodium but we just let him do his thing while cooking.
All in all, the food was decent, not bad but it didn’t match the price. I understand part of the pricing is the show so we took that into account, you pay for the “experience”. Maybe one day we’ll come back and try the sushi.

You’ll enjoy the atmosphere, drinks, and food. We always sit for hibachi. The servers and cooks are great! It’s a must try if you’re ever in the Burleson area. My babygirl wanted to get out and about after the recent snow storm so dinner was the “Go”… Once she suggested hibachi I instantly thought of this location. Our cook put on a very entertaining show (had us laughing the whole time). Then when I say he cooked our food “just right” and the portions were worth every dollar spent. We will most definitely be back

The food was really good. The service was great and the environment was really nice. The fillet was cooked to perfection. The rice was cooked really good. The veggies were a little oily, but they were still good. The drink was good. My only bad thing to say is they charge you extra for fried rice, sauces, and all the extra stuff. A lot of places don’t, but this one does.

I normally love this place but today’s experience was very different. The vibe was just off. The food was great but the cook simply threw the food on the plate. He forgot to serve part of the order. And not to mention he wasted the sauce on the table and didn’t give any more sauce. Now for the server, she was missing in action the majority of the time. In addition the cook forgetting and spilling things, the service was horrible and the server that was m.i.a. at the end the server pressured the entire table to give her a tip even though she was undeserving and had done nothing to deserve one. Even had the audacity to follow us to the front saying she expected a 10% tip and went as far as saying then don’t come back. Sad because I usually love this place.

The servers were really, really awful. They tried to squeeze me in with a party who had already ordered their food and I was left as the odd ball out. I could barely see the show. And due to there, being ten people at the table, my food was very scarce. As a pregnant person I was very disappointed with the entire experience. The cook was good and I hate for this review to reflect on the chef, but overall I did not have a good experience.

Good prices, great flavor profile!. We ordered chicken and filet with veggie and fried rice. Filet was very tender(cooked medium), perfectly cooked. The food was a 4 out of 5 because I hate when rice is stuck together. Will come back for sure

Review Title: Unprofessional staff and dismissive management

I am beyond disappointed with my recent visit to Hibachi Teppanyaki & Sushi in Burleson. What should have been a fun dinner turned into a completely uncomfortable and frustrating experience due to the chef’s behavior and the management’s lack of integrity.

The service was lackluster from the start, but the real issue was the chef’s behavior. He was visibly agitated, rude, and acted as if we were an inconvenience. When we reached out to management to address the chef’s conduct, the situation went from bad to worse.

Instead of listening to our concerns, the management was incredibly dismissive. We were left with the distinct impression that our request for assistance was being viewed as an attempt to get a “comped” meal. That couldn’t have been further from the truth—we weren’t looking for a handout; we were looking for a respectful dining experience and for someone to take accountability for a staff member’s poor attitude.

Being treated like a “problem customer” simply for pointing out unprofessionalism is insulting. It’s clear this establishment prioritizes their ego over customer service. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values your patronage.
