Great service and quick seating on the non hibachi side. Food came quickly and food was as expected but not amazing. I would definitely come again to order their sushi since I’m a local. I ordered their rainbow roll (raw fish wasn’t the best quality) and shaggy dog roll.

Here again for the fourth time and can’t be seated because I’m only one person.. After that lie she said I couldn’t be seated because you have to buy two meals. She said are you writing another review? We seem what you wrote the first time and still you keep coming back? Why keep coming if we give such bad customer service? I asked for the corporate number and she said there’s not one you can leave your number and if they choose to call you they will… Bad part is I was here before she was, I don’t have a problem with the staff only her.. I wouldn’t let a woman of her character run my business. The price of everything has went up, if someone comes in to eat and their not giving you a problem why not seat them it has now been 36 minutes and no one has come in, so you choose to not take my order because your mad. Now there’s a sweet gentleman that just walked in that’s buying a $150 gift card i guess that still don’t make it where I can get my meal… If you wait over 3pm I was told I’d have to pay regular price, but I’ll still have to wait… it’s now 39 minutes.

Food was pretty good. Everything kinda blended together more then normal. Ordered the special with shrimp filet and chicken. Came in with 4 adults and a baby. They tried to squeeze a baby in highchair between two seats we pushed that they allow her a spot to not interrupt the flow of the seats. A party came in and the entire other side plus the 4 seats left on our side was taken by the party. So the cook only cooked for the four of us. When paying the bill they had added a generous 18% gratuity. With it stamped on the receipt that parties of 5 automatically get this. I asked the waiter to review this. He said it policy and the hostess dictates this. Hostess stood her ground so disgruntled or not I left zero tip and paid my bills. I will not return here. You don’t want to give a baby room to sit with everyone but want to inflict agregious levels of gratuity on us due to the “5th person” what a scam.

This did not even taste like the correct sushi. I ordered Spicy Salmon and Spicy Yellowtail but got who knows what kind of sushi. The customer service at front desk was amazing. But overall the sushi was a letdown. Not sure why a basic roll could not have been better. The sad part is I’ve ordered these same rolls before from here and they looked completely different…. Maybe this is a new recipe.

DO NOT order take out. We ordered the steak and scallops and only got 2 scallops and not much steak. There are some great hibachi places that are cheaper, taste amazing and is worth the price. I will not be returning here.

I ordered Online 4/7/23 and picked my food up at curbside. Yes I didn’t check my order as I figured $60 order would be correct. Well it wasn’t at all correct. When I discovered this when I came home I immediately called this location to make them aware this is not what I ordered. I live 20 minutes south. Mary told me she was sorry and they did make a mistake. They will make it right and next time I order they would make sure to replace my order with what I ordered. Called today (2 days later) to go ahead and get my corrected order. Well Tommy advised me Mary didn’t put anything in the log book so I would have to wait for her to come back to get my corrected order. Tommy said Mary is on vacation for a week lol. What are the odds. This place stole from me plain and simple. Terrible customer service and I’ll never go here again. Plus I even gave the girl a $10 tip that brought my food to my vehicle untop of all this mess. Whatever happened to taking care of a customer and making things right? Loosing a customer over this is insane.
