The chicken gyro was horrible. There was no chicken, it was just some processed meat that was not edible so I threw it in garbage. The tzatziki did not show any cucumbers — it looked like some yogurt with oil on top. The salad did not have feta cheese — it was some sort of processed shredded cheese. Greek food is healthy and delicious but what we received was all processed and unhealthy. Will never order here again!

On 6/20/2020 @7PM I recieved my order of Chicken Souvlaki “House Special”. While tasting chicken I noticed a very Rancid Odor. I had my husband taste a piece and he as well agreed it was spoiled. As a food Service Director of over 15 years it’s a very distinctive smell. I immediately called and spoke with a woman. I asked for a manager which she was trying not to pass phone to. I told her about the chicken. She completed kept assuming I was making it up. I even said I didn’t care for money back I was just concerned they were selling SPOILED CHICKEN. I for one will NEVER ORDER FROM this location. 2460 Nesconset Hwy, Stony Brook. The woman I spoke with her name is SOFIA.

Terrible. Calling this chicken soulvaki is a misnomer, since there was little to no chicken, and what was there was tasteless and chewy. Yogurt sauce was equally tasteless and watered down. My wife has a gyro salad. More meat, probably because it was harder to hide than in a wrap, but equally tasteless. There are far better choices. Never again.

It’s been 2 years since i moved away from Long Island, and in spite of all the Greek places I have tried from multiple places ever since, this continues to be and always will be THE place that I am craving when I find myself in the mood for some good greek food. I can’t visit Long Island from Vermont without passing by this place for a good lunch served by individuals who wear their love for the food they make on the huge smiles they display towards their customers. Times keep changing, but their food and warm welcoming service never do! I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant!

Absolutely horrible. Dirty, the dog is running around, no table service, food terrible and no a/c. The staff/owners are nasty and appears that they hate being there. We ordered 2 apps and we received one plate to eat it from. I went up to the counter to ask for another and you would think I was asking for a pot for of gold and the attitude of both women behind the counter was appalling. The gyro was slapped together and the meat so dry that you could stand it on its own. It was served on the cheapest paper plates so when you cut with the knife, it went straight through.I almost never make reviews but I had to because this place is HORRIBLE!

We were visiting LI, saw the sign and pulled right in. Food is very good, but if we had been there before we would have ordered differently. I had a gyro with the works and I’m sure this is not a common complaint, but there was actually too much meat. If I had another pita, I could easily have made two gyros. It was, however, delicious:) The spinach pie we ordered was overcooked, but I’m sure that was just an anomaly. Too bad we live in Pennsylvania ’cause I’d like to try Greek To-Go again.
