Excellent! Get the seafood omelet- I got it cooked with light cheese and it came out perfect. Not greasy, either. I got the grits and raisin toast with apple butter is the way to go! Fresh cuppa joe- it was a great place to stop in from the airport and get my day in New Orleans started.

This is an amazing diner (old school atmosphere, and decor), with really great breakfast, and really friendly staff. Had a very nice experience on my 1st visit there, and they have all these great memorabilia photos all over the walls. I forgot to take pics of the diner though. Anyways, me and my mother had a very nice experience there.

Very good breakfast spot, had to wait over 40 minutes to be seated but it was well worth it. The food came out hot and fast my fish and grits were delicious. I would definitely recommend this spot.

I stopped in at Daisy Duke’s on Veteran’s after dropping off a friend at the airport. The Breakfast Sandwich was just what I wanted this morning. Scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and cheese on two yummy biscuits, with a small plate of the extra eggs (that wouldn’t fit on the biscuits?). I chose American cheese, which seemed to be the kind where each slice is wrapped in plastic; I should have ordered Cheddar. That is on me.

We wanted an authentic breakfast fast early morning flight. Came to Daisy Dukes and we looked their food. The sever Joseph and all employees were very nice. Must try their Shrimps and Grits for sure!!!

Unsuspecting diner. We ordered the shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, and 1/2 po boy and gumbo. Others gave some pretty solid recommendations. The food was ample and fast. Service and atmosphere like a good diner should be.

Food was excellent. Half chicken and waffle is worth every penny. The fried chicken is really crispy/crunchy and has a good flavor. Custom Omelettes are well done. Food was hot and fresh when served. Wes was friendly and funny while meeting our every need. Two thumbs up!
