Superb customer service. We decided to done in. The Host Danielle was friendly she got me and my family seated as soon as possible. Wasn’t a long wait. As well as my Server Cloie, she was very helpful and friendly as well. she took good care of my family & I. Kept our drinks full and did not mess up our big order. My kids loved her. I will be returning soon because of the food and great customer service. Will recommend this place to family and friends.

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Pamendis. I was planning a small wedding for my mom this past weekend and had a mix up in dates. I sent my husband to pick up the food and they had a different date. They didn’t blink an eye and made our full order for about 25 people and had it ready in less than 30 minutes. I was blown away with the quick accommodations. The wedding was still on time and everyone truly enjoyed their meal. Thank you for your kind service Pamendis! Everyone was a great help ❤️

Went around 3pm and it was pretty quiet in there. Food was delicious and hot. I got the gluten free Alfredo shrimp pasta and we shared the artichoke-spinach dip. Portion sizes were huge. It is a bit pricy but worth it. The server (a young lady) was really nice and attentive. Thanks for a great lunch.

It was our first time at the restaurant and when we got inside it took quite a bit of time for someone to greet us. Then there was a 10-15 minutes wait when there were a lot of tables available, probably understaffed. Although we wish we could have been sat down at any table and given water to drink while we waited. Besides that we had no other complaints. The food came out relatively fast and tasted really good. My compliments to the chefs. Our server seemed stressed to me but she maintained her composure and gave us a memorable service. We will return and eat here again.

If you want real Italian food in Loganville, this is not the place. My family and I decided to eat here tonight and we regret it. We walked in around 8:45 pm and got seated around 8:50. It showed that the restaurant closed at 9:30 so we figured we still have time to enjoy a family dinner. The waitress by the name of Kaitlyn was nice and I don’t think any of this was here fault at all. She brought us bread and plates but one of the plates had what looked like wet Alfredo sauce that got stuck in from the dishwasher. All the plates were still wet. We ordered 2 classic Parm plates, that came with chicken mushroom soup, Pamedis burger, kids chicken strip and fried cheese ravioli. Kaitlyn brought out the soups but we noticed it was luke warm. We advised her that the soup was not hot and she stated that she will heat it back up but she rephrased herself and said that she will bring us fresh hot soup. When she returned, the soup was a little warmer but not what you expect from a fresh hot soup. To be honest, it was probably the best thing we enjoyed from our meal. As we where waiting for our food, we noticed a lady wearing a red shirt pop her head out from the back of the kitchen and stared at us. At this moment we feel that we are being rushed since it was already 9:15. To cut to the chase, we will not be returning to this restaurant ever again. The food is just ok. If you want to stay local and have real great food with a better atmosphere, try Fratellis, they have way better quality taste.

Got plenty of exercise during our meal swatting at gnats. Constantly. At the end of the meal they mentioned they were planning on bombing so they were well aware they had a terrible bug problem but opened for business anyway. Just gross. Who wants dinner with a side of bugs?
