ATTENTION-Whoever makes these organic grass fed burgers here, needs to be crowned top grill master of NYS!! Burger’s outside so was perfectly charred with the grill marks, I SWORE they messed up the medium requested inside of my burger. As you can see from my photos, the inside was perfect pink! I’m super impressed, and I’m a TRUE burger foodie!! This is a burger that must be experienced if you dare to call yourself a burger lover. Fries were crisp and delicious and salad was a very generous portion. She had to take half of it home with her the server/bartender allowed the trying of the draft beers to better make a decision when drinking unknown but good local brews. The liquor flight was good, the whiskey is AMAZING! Vodka and bourbon are just okay in my book. But that whiskey IS special. A must see place on any foodie tour. Organic natural food never tasted so good. Will be back!!

4th visit here. 50/50 chance of Hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s way less than satisfying. Depending on the day of the week the chef understands how to grill a burger to the correct temp. Medium rare is not medium raw. Get it right grazin. Servers are fine.

What a fantastic Farm-to-Table modern Diner dining! The organic food taste really yummy!! It might not look it but it definitely taste delicious!! The service was great. The protocol to stay safe and physically distance is well observed. I highly recommend this place for lunch when in the Hudson area!!

Absolutely one of the best places to spend an evening in the Hudson Valley. The food exceeded our expectations, the drinks were authentic and perfectly made with their spirits and the service was exceptional. Portions are perfect, no crazy appetizer upsells that distract from the meal and make you over stuffed when you leave.

We snagged a few world-class, grass-fed burgers at this snazzy diner smack dab in the bustling Hudson scene. We came at lunch soon after opening and encountered friendly and patient service, with clean tables and carefully set tables. The vibe was casually elegant, and one felt relaxed with the descriptive and diverse burger menu (including house-made vegetarian patties and fare). The coffee was strong, the salad dressing balanced, and the fries perfectly crisp and salty. The burgers weren’t too big, but right-sized for the plate and more than sufficiently delicious. Look forward to coming here for the cocktails and beer at some point. Great for dudes burger breakfast or family lunch, but also for a hopping date night. The nostalgic diner atmosphere was creatively updated for a clean Covid era, with sharper designs and just enough of the juke box to mash up the decades in a fun twist.

I had a bad meal here earlier this year & decided to give it another try. The food was awful! This was once one of our favorite places to eat. My husband’s “medium” burger was black on the outside & dry brown inside, the fries seemed to have been deep fried several times, hard, crunchy, full of oil – yuck. My once “all time favorite veggie burger” was burned on the outside & raw on the inside. The best part about this meal was the gin gimlet & the service. I cannot even believe that a chef/cook would present this food to feed a customer! What a shame!

Today was delicious , for lunch ,ordered a grazin 6 oz burger,bun offered was dry, brioche bun would be great if offered, one thing French fries was over deep fried, you can’t taste the potato flavor, too dry. Chili was full of flavor, kidney bean was Slightly pasty ,few beans undercooked .perhaps cook was overwhelmed with the lunch mass today ,the Philly cheese sandwich was fair, full of flavor ,would be great if it was made with ribeye instead of straight sirloin which makes sandwich a bit dry, ribeye has a balance of fat marbled beef. Grazin strawberry milkshake is always wonderful to have mid day. Also menu should be updated to reflect increased prices. Grazin is a nice bistro environment and staff trys to always accommodate the customers and that number one in my book.
