Last week I took my grandmother out to lunch, she wanted to go to Grandma’s and I thought great! It’s been so long since I had their wild rice, can’t wait. The service started even before I got to the door. Since my grandmother uses a wheelchair, there were 2 employees that had the doors open and ready for easy entry. The food was exactly what I remembered and felt like home. Nothing seems to have changed all these years later for myself and that’s comforting. Keep up the great work!

I had the Wild Rice Burger and my fiancée had the IPA crusted Cod. Both very yummy! I would order this again The burger came with shredded raw carrots which created a wonderful cruchy flavor.

The staff had nothing but an attitude and my food was disgusting.. My $26 steak was not cooked at all. I do Not recommend going to this restaurant. I would rate 0 star, but that is not an option.

This is a nice local place. I got the wild rice stuffed mushrooms. So tasty. The wild rice soup is a Minnesota standard. Very creamy and served piping hot. I got the seasonal Bailey Carmel hot coffee ☕️. It was good but a bit on the heavy side for a drink.

I can see why so many people go for “Tetrazzini Tuesday.” I got my chicken w wild rice and it was simply divine. I’d recommend any day but if you luck out (or plan) like we did, this delicious delight is 1/2 price what they normally charge. Either way, totally worth it and one plate is easily 2 meals

Our first visit, and I really loved my turkey club on cranberry bread. It was very tasty!! My onion rings were fair. I thought the prices were a bit high, for a couple sandwiches and sodas though. If your finances are tight, watch out for costs of drinks and mark ups for different items.

Waitress was friendly, but the cooks, a different story. I have not had any good experience lately with some of the restaurants around town and now Grandmas falls in this area now. We ordered the Sunday special and the first thing I noticed is that the cocktail sauce was still frozen. The steak tasted fine but it was not medium rare but well done. The cooks need more training and need to be careful. That goes for all restaurants.

The wild rice soup is a Minnesota staple. Delicious and creamy. Their winter drink selection is perfect for any meal.

My husband and I love to pick up the bags of frozen chicken wild rice soup for dinner but our last bag was very disappointing. It was mostly all vegetables barely any chicken or wild rice. We’re paying for chicken wild rice soup not vegetable soup. At the price we’re paying per bag we’d like to get what we pay for. Please take this review into consideration and try to do better. Thank you.
