The evening, my wife and I went here it was run entirely on what seemed to teenagers. Normally, that’s perfectly OK most places, but the horse play in the kitchen, yelling, cussing, and trash talk was a bit much.

Horrible dinner. I stopped eating after the crunch wrap I ordered has less than a table spoon of meat in it. What a joke and the “manager” said that all they allow Is very little meat. Why pay for a meal with no protein. No meat? And my kids that are little ordered cheese roll ups and they were served uncooked and with next to nothing when it comes to my kids I expect better service. If I could give less I would. Not worth the money or the time.

I would give this place a 5 star review but the Manger working at 12pm on 3/29 was very rude. (I assume he was a Manager because he was wearing a Hawaiian shirt instead of a uniform.) The machine in the lobby my mother ordered from malfunctioned and she went to the lady and just wanted to make sure it went through so she could go sit down and patiently wait for the food. The lady was very helpful to my mother but the Manager started raising his voice from the back almost to a yell and said “Yes, we got the order, we haven’t gotten to it yet. There’s only three of us here, Ma’am.” In a very rude attitude. The lady helping my mother corrected him, telling him that she was just making sure it went through because of the malfunction and my mother held her tongue. When we received the order, we were missing added meat in our Pinto Beans and cheese and we went up to ask if we just just have to meat we PAID for (in a kind manner of course because she had been nothing but sweet to us) and when the lady went back she calmly said “we just forgot the meat in the pintos and cheese” the man proceeded to get another attitude and said “no they didn’t. It just said no black beans for the black beans and rice.” My mom quickly snapped back and said “For the Pinto and cheese, Sir.” He realized his error and my mom told them that that is not good costumer service on his part for what he did. I just want this known because he was just plain rude for no reason towards my mother. Completely disrespectful when we were just asking a simple question. If you can’t handle being a manager in food service while being costumer friendly then you can’t handle any job in any industry. (Not saying customer service isn’t hard, because I’ve worked it, it can be.) They were busy so we understood that there was gonna be a wait when we walked in, our only issue was with him and his bad attitude. I hope this review reaches corporate or someone above him because no one should be rude to costumers the way he was. Everyone else working was very sweet and patient and kind. They are the only reason I am even giving it a 2 star instead of a 1 star. They did everything perfect, he was the only issue.

Waited months for the Mexican pizza to come back…..it just doesn’t taste good at all. Looks like the beans are dry and the tortilla taste strange. So disappointed with it. .maybe we shouldnt take things off the menu so long…..

They need a manager on duty to straighten out the chaos. When you have someone in dining room wait 30 minutes for their food….2 people while I was there asking for refunds because they had waited so long and still didn’t have their food. Their main focus is the drive thru. They need some guidance in the store.

Ordered 2 chicken burritos at the inside counter. We had to wait for 20 cars to get served before they made our burritos. That’s their policy. The cars come first. Good to know. The burritos had very little chicken and crushed fried tortilla chips. Nasty. Staff was nice about it but had to follow orders 🙁

Don’t come to this place! Yo-yo’s! Only person in the place, and watched car after car go through the drive through. At least 10! Watched as two customers that came in 20 min after me, order their food, and receive their food. I ordered two dollar menu burritos! Trash piled up high, large amounts of food on the floor, and the manager chuckled and spit on the peoples food who were leaving, as I walked in. Disgusted, I hardly ever write a review, but this one had to be done. It’s the corporation that should be held accountable, for letting this go on.

They obviously don’t pay their employees enough. It is very short staffed. The workers that are there are working to death and unable to keep up with the lunch rush. I haven’t been to a taco bell so overrun since I went to one after a fog hat concert in a small town.
