Save your money, go elsewhere. Our first time in Manitou Springs today. Rude owner, short staffed, reduced menu. 8/12/23. My guess is, because the place is short staffed the owner is trying to pitch in and help…Well, as a small business owner, in hospitality, I can tell you this gentleman is best not customer facing. Hire quality staff, and pay them quality dollars! His dog Toto, was super chill and had lovely vibes. Our food runner, was nice too. We love to support small businesses, and try new places. But don’t take out your businesses shortcomings on patrons. Let the ego go fellow human, and namaste in the cosmos, for good karma!

Cute small coffee and breakfast spot. Jack the dog was well behaved, he lived to check on any extra food that might be available. The owner was accommodating. The coffee was delicious as was our food. I had the bagel breakfast sandwich. It was done well. I would frequent if I lived near by.

There’s a lot of places that I’ve been to and this place is one of those place. My niece and I had our breakfast in this place that ever though there was only 1 staff (the owner, I think!), our breakfast was served as we expect to be. One more thing, we enjoyed the “live” singers that made us all so delighted. Both of them sing their originals.

Stopped in for lunch the owner greeted us with a smile. Jack his dog Stopped by for some petting. His store was clean nice music playing . My wife had the BLT sandwich she loved it. I had the Ruben Sandwich it was excellent. On the path to downtown. Parking isn’t real easy but not terrible. The store and bathrooms were very clean. Thank you so much . Hope to see ya again jack. We had a great day in town. Lots to see plenty of different stores for shopping. Thank you very much.

not busy when we entered. the first question they asked us was if we were planning on eating, which to me was weird. but my mom and i said yes and they set us at a table. the overall look of the place was very homey and inviting, except for the dog that was just meandering around the floors the entire time. we ordered lattes but when she brought them out it just looked and tasted like coffee with milk. no latte art design or silky foam. we ordered the two specials that day: “the incline” and their french toast. french toast was $14 and not worth it. the bread was stale and wimpy looking, sitting in a pool of syrup. “the incline bowl” was pretty oily and was served with more stale bread. it was okay tho. the entire time the dog was begging for food at our feet. kind of annoying. i also asked for no tomatoes in my bowl and they gave me tomatoes. my mom brought it up and they at least gave me a separate plate to sift them out. overall experience was kind of disappointing. i wish i had gone somewhere else.

Was looking forward to having breakfast here on my vacation as I saw in photos and passing that it was a charming little place, unfortunately, almost immediately my girlfriend and I wish we hadn’t gone in. When we walked in someone (who we now know is the owner) was sitting at a table eating and spoke to us with their mouth full. We didn’t understand and my girlfriend asked if he could repeat his question and, in a condescending tone pretending to enunciate, repeated (mouth still full of food) asking if we were eating breakfast. We politely declined and ordered coffees instead. Once he finally rang us up he went to hand my girlfriend her card back and as she didn’t grab it from his hand in .5 seconds he deemed it necessary to throw her card down in front of her. Granted, my lavender latte was decent…but not worth the experience we had. I would HIGHLY suggest going to Loft Espresso over near the Cliff House.

We love Good Karma as a breakfast getaway as a couple. It is quiet, quaint location with amazing service. Sometimes the piano is played and you have lovely background music to match the view of the incline.

We came in for breakfast before exploring the town. Everything about this place is amazing. The coffee, the giant pancakes (highly recommend raspberry), the bagel sandwich are all incredible and the service is so friendly and warm, especially sweet Jack! Our day started in the best way thanks to Good Karma!
