This was my first time ordering from here and it’s the last time. First off we tried ordering online and it said it was going to take at least 3 hours to make, so we called to try and order over the phone and the cashier said we couldn’t do that but that our order wasn’t going to take that amount of time if we ordered online. She said it would take about 30min to make the order after they received the order, we said it was ok. we didn’t mind waiting 30 min. We even called 10 min after we placed the order to confirm they received the order, the cashier confirmed they had gotten it. She also said that now it’ll take 40 to 45min to make, we can hear the cook tell her that’s how long it’ll take because it’s an extra 10 min to wrap it and 10 min to bag it? OK so we said fine, we already ordered and paid for it… we gave them an extra 15min before picking it up hoping it would be done. when we get there they STILL DIDNT have it ready. The cashier said it would be an extra 10min to bag it. By then it was 1hr that had passed by and they didn’t have it ready. we still waited a total of 20min to get our order. The food was ok, it wasn’t bad, but the cooks were horrible. They didn’t seem to really care, the cashier however, was working her butt off and trying to provide good service. She deserves a better team. That’s why I gave you 3 stars because of her.

Show up to location to find out that it’s actually just dickeys. But you have to place an order online you cannot order at the location. Online ordering stops at 8pm but hours say 9pm. I arrived at 8:15pm and couldn’t be helped.
So the following day I decide I’ll give it one more shot. Go online, order all the food, get to check out and it won’t allow me to pick a time for pick up same day. That I would have to place an order for the following day, try all the things including delivery. All options give no time for today.

If you are going to advertise cheeses fries where the top of the fries are covered in cheese and not just the edges. Please sell as advertised I barely got any cheeese on my fries and I feel ripped off!
