I ordered the steak burrito bowl with added queseo and guacamole. With tip the total was $20. My first impressions of the bowl is that it isnt very large. Most competitors fill the bowl all the way up, this bowl was a little over half way full. The steak was a little dry for my liking. Next time I’ll try the chicken. All of the other ingredients were fresh and the bowl tasted fantastic. It didn’t lack any flavor. The customer service was fantastic, employees were very polite. Overall there is room for improvement on the quantity size but this is a great addition to Wallaceburg! I’m looking forward to trying other things on the menu. Hopefully they take the reviews seriously and improve on quantity size otherwise I can see people just going to taco bell or driving to chatham.

Review update 11 months later.
Unfortunately I have not had the same great experiences as I have in the past. I’ve been back a few times & the biggest, main issue is that they only ever have one person working. I’m not sure how management expects one person to fill delivery orders now as well as deal with a line out the door. This is not a worker issue. It’s a management issue.
My latest visit the poor young lady was trying to do too much at once. Forgot to give me my food & it burnt so she had to remake it. She advised the guy behind me if he wanted spicy chicken he would have to wait because the current stuff was old & dry. Well guess what I originally got? Spicy chicken. So she made my second burrito with the same stuff she wouldn’t allow the other guy to have then went back to making his burrito. Which caused my second burrito to burn again. Not as bad as the first time. But definitely burnt. I just took it and left. And yep the chicken was old & hard. Had to pick it all off.
All of this can be easily avoided if you have 2-3 staff working the lunch rush. I don’t blame this worker one bit she was doing her absolute best & super sympathetic but she was STRESSED. Hopefully some changes are made since there is now more competition in town.
Bar Burrito is hands down my favourite burrito place we have in Canada. So I was VERY excited to see them coming to Wallaceburg!
The new store looks amazing and the staff was also incredible!! They were fully staffed and working so hard to serve the very long lines of people as quick as they can!
They were friendly, knowledgeable & answered all of our questions.
I went with the steak burrito which is one my favourites (bang bang shrimp bowl is my other go to). Everything was fresh, delicious & super quick!
Already can’t wait to go back.

Ordered barburrito for delivery for lunch.
I got a crunchy chicken bowl with chips and guacamole on the side.
The crunchy chicken bowl was fantastic and filling. The presentation was even on point!
The chips and guac left a but to be desired because there ain’t no way to enjoy that many chips with that tiny amount of guacamole.
All in all I enjoyed my meal and would order again in the future.

I’ve been a regular at this burrito place for some time, and I can honestly say the new management has brought a huge improvement. The restaurant is much cleaner and more welcoming, and the staff seems much more engaged and professional now.

Portion is tiny, we got a burrito bowl and a large burrito with chips and salsa.For the burrito bowl, the rice barely covered the bottom of the bowl, then with extra rice it still only ended up half full, most places give you a full bowl. It looks like the put the same amount of rice no matter what you order. They forgot to put the meat on the burrito and we had to carry back. They only put the tiniest amount of each topping on.Taste overall was good. Meat, salsa, and sauces seasoned well Chips tasted stale like the bags had been sitting somewhere moist(but probably the most reasonably sized portion they give for anything)salsa they give you is only half full and not enough for the chips.For drinks they have a good selection. Expensive for the tiny bit of food you get. Do not recommend. Would suggest taking the drive to Chatham and going to Quesada instead. Similar price and at Quesada you won’t leave hungry.

Tried BarBurrito for the first time the other day and was pleasantly surprised. I went with the spicy chicken burrito, and it was packed with flavor and super filling. The ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was made right in front of me. The staff were friendly and patient while I figured out my toppings. It did get a bit crowded, but overall, a solid spot for a quick, satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be back.
