Burnt fries, burnt patty. Was told they had good burgers. Definitely a lie. I didn’t get what I ordered. The young girl who took my order was to worried about getting off her shift and on her telephone at the window. I asked for only onion, I Got lettuce . Called to tell them my order was wrong and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because I wasn’t nearby. I live 25 mins away, I should’ve double checked but I’ve never had problems here. Definitely won’t be back for a while since I couldn’t even get fresh fries,,, & I got such a small amount of fries at that. Do better.

I frequent this location often, but today might be the last trip for a while. The chicken was a little under cooked and when I brought it to their attention there was no apology. I asked for 2 tenders instead of the wings and was told I couldn’t have any more fries (which I didn’t ask for). I assured them I didn’t want any fries and then had to listen to the entire kitchen discuss whether or not I was trying to get a free meal because I had eaten 2 1/2 wings. I was happy to buy two tenders…Poor customer service all the way around. The owner may need to check on his store.

To Katelyn in the drive through, I’m sorry you were apparently having a bad day, however, the attitude you had was just so un-southernly. Perhaps, if you would get off your phone for just a minute you probably wouldn’t have had issues hearing us yell our order to you. Consider your tone when talking to customers and have a bit more professionalism where customers can see you. Oh and I hope you enjoyed a free drink on us we didn’t receive! We would’ve tried to ask if you hadn’t just handed us our food and closed the window so fast. Hope your day gets better!
