This was my third visit to Fuzzy Taco Shop Westport. I wish I could give more stars bc I enjoy the food, drinks, & prices. The customer service at this location is poor. They don’t greet, recommend menu items, no smiles, no restaurant hospitality & lack basic customer service engagement. Next time I’ll try ordering online or visit a different location. For now I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you’re not dining in.

Vegans/Vegetarians beware. The avocado tacos are a joke. There is one small piece of avocado with lots of lettuce and a sprinkle of tomatoes. There is no way this should be a $3 taco. My side of beans is slim as well, 6 spoon fulls. Good flavor, but the value per dollar is severely lacking. I’ll stick with Tin Roof for my avocado tacos. First and last time here for these.

This was my 2nd visit. The food was ok. The chicken nachos,I’d rate a 4. My kids really enjoyed them. We didn’t finish our tacos. They taste bland,the sauce on the table really didn’t help much. I had a frozen peach margarita. I didn’t taste any peach flavor. I didn’t complain though. The drink was strong,I’m not much of a drinker though. Unfortunately,there was a string of hair on 1 of the tacos. I notified a worker & they remade it. Both of my visits were during 2pm-5pm Tuesday special. I’ll try this place once more & order outside of the daily specials. Maybe I’ll have better luck just ordering regular priced items.

Ordered at work through door dash and when the food finally arrived our food sides were missing, hell even chicken was missing from the quesadillas. It was about two pieces of fajita chicken per slice. The overall quality of the food didn’t match the price we paid. Spoke with a (female) manager on duty and she was no help. She referred me back to door dash being that’s how we placed our order. I probably wouldn’t order again though a third party or during lunch.

Just skip it… Fuzzy Tacos has a great concept, but you can tell that the management is failing them on all levels. The breakfast options are pretty good, and I do like the fried avocado taco. However, most of their food tastes microwaved. The margarita quality heavily depends on who is making them. They are obviously lack consistency. Also, they don’t keep regular hours and are often out of menu items.

I want to say first that I love fuzzy tacos but this is the worst location. on multiple occasions they have gotten the order wrong or missing items. If your looking for tacos go on to the st. Charles location

From the moment you walk in, there is no direction as to how to order tacos. No one helped us and we sat down and no one seemed to notice for over 10 minutes. No one greeted us and we had to find the order counter that had no signs to find. The tacos were the worst I’ve tasted in my life. There was an obscene amount of salt. And I don’t mean the chef accidentally put an extra dash in, it tasted more salty then the Dead Sea. The flavor was overwhelmed with salt and poor flavors. Due to the poor service we didn’t bother to even tell them and went on our way to somewhere else. Maybe the chef did accidentally drop…..a container of salt into the meat.

How this place works is, you order at the register and then they prepare your food. Good food at a good price. I would say the only thing is, their drinks were good, but didn’t really taste much liqour.
