I swear this is the best chick-fil-A in America! The decorations for holidays, customer service, quality in overall experience and the thoughtful detail put into this location is incredible. Trivia nights, beautiful and elaborate decorating, friendly staff, and always ahead of schedule with interactive and engaging advertisement. It is so impressive and truly goes to show the leadership of this location and how passionate they are about their work. Chick-fil-A stands out among fast food joints. This location is notably clean with an exceptionally attentive staff. The chicken sandwich is irresistibly juicy, truly setting a high bar. Their waffle fries are also a must-try, perfectly crispy and flavorful. While the chicken tenders are average, the sandwiches and fries are where they really shine. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Store is clean, employees are nice. But why does it take 20+ minutes every time I order here? Last time it was literally just a chicken nugget meal took almost 30 minutes. I moved here from Chicago and they always finished in 5 minutes over there, I don’t understand it.

I am an Uber-Cyclist and I pick up people’s orders: One criticism I have with most of these restaurants and stores is, when I arrive and I am working, there is an issue with me bringing my bicycle into the shop but there is no issue with people bringing in animals, and allowing them to sit there feces butt on the chairs that other customers sit down at to enjoy their meal. A huge QUESTION MARK.
For the stores, dogs lick the products and trust me I observe and I just keep it moving and all the Managers/supervisors let it go.

This location, they allow dogs to come in whenever, make sure you sanitize those seats!

My first visit to the restaurant. The food was excellent. Their sauce was the bomb. Best of all the staff and service were exceptional. Never been to a restaurant on any description where the supervisory staff paid such attention to detail in ensuring that your ever request was accurately fulfilled. Delivering top notch service where the comfort and satisfaction of the customers seems to be their top priority. I highly recommend.

This franchise will nickel and dime you. Even if you pay $35+ for your order, the franchise owner still demands you pay for a cup of water. Any reasonable food service establishment gives water for free, especially to paying customers. If they want to charge non-customers, that’s reasonable; but a paying customer should receive a cup of water as a courtesy. Oh well, they lost a $35/order customer to save $0.54
