I was 3 times one week in Key West, 30 & 20 & 15 years ago. Extraordinary good in all aspects of upper class gastronomy.
Excellent food, good drinks. Friendly & educated service, always a joke on the lips. Good recommendations. Location perfect, in the center of this action oriented city and landscape. Price is high, but worth it.
We still had 24h service, actually I don’t know?

We had an excellent time at this place. We were coming in with a wedding party, and a few of us came here to meet up. The bar is both indoor and outdoor, which we love, so we can soak up some of that Florida Sun and vibe with the roosters and chickens that are around. It’s easy to find, and it’s definitely more of an upscale type of place. Even though you’re in a very busy area, you don’t have to feel like you’re around. A bunch of kids, and the prices are very reasonable.

On a windy evening, the hostess seated us at a high-top near the second-floor bar. Our bartender/waiter was wonderful, he was knowledgeable about the menu and generous with thoughtful recommendations.
We started with the Tenderloin Carpaccio, usually one of my favorite appetizers. Unfortunately, the few slices of shaved beef tenderloin were overwhelmed by pickled shallots, caper relish, and arugula, which masked the flavor of the meat.
The Bagatelle salad, however, was a standout. It had a beautifully balanced mix of vegetables, complemented by a Granny Smith apple vinaigrette. The presentation was also lovely.
My whole fried snapper, served with jasmine rice, the chef’s seasonal vegetables, and Creole tomato sauce, was exactly what I was craving. The sauce has a mild kick, so be aware if you’re sensitive to spice. Also, if you’re uncomfortable with a fish served whole with the head and tail still attached, this may not be the dish for you.
My husband ordered the 14-oz ribeye with truffle and herb butter. He loved it and could barely finish the generous portion.
Overall, this is a great spot for both seafood and steak. Just be aware that dinner will likely run $100+ per person.
Be aware a 4% fee of the total bill before tax will be charged to your card if you are not paying with cash.

My friend and i stopped in for happy hour to enjoy some delicious mocktails and ended up on staying for a full dinner because this place was so great. Stefan was our server and he did a wonderful job with his friendly service and spot on recommendations. 10/10.

Unbelievable food and experience. Best NY Strip I’ve had, almost two inches thick. Olga was a great person and her service was over the top.

Nice place, we stopped in during brunch. Service was good and so was the food. We had the Ceasar salad with Mahi, served with anchovies and a chicken fried sandwich. We would go back, nice old property! 4.5

We recently held a brunch reception here after a sunrise vow renewal ceremony. The Bagatelle staff were friendly, well-organized, and accommodating to all of our guests. The food was delicious and well-presented, and they did not skimp on the beverages that were included in our package.
The second floor balcony that they provided for us was spacious and comfortable and full of unique Key West charm.
Overall, they provided a memorable experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reception location in Key West.

We had family brunch here on New Year’s Day. While the food was excellent albeit pricey, what soured the experience was poor quality coffee. While our sever Tom was great sport about it and did the best to accommodate to make best coffee from poor quality beans, it does not compensate for lack of quality of beans. We spent almost $200 including tips and taxes and latte was charged at $8 plus 20% tip, plus taxes and 3% CC charge. So for an almost $10 latte, management needs to upgrade the beans quality (ideally single origin for this price point) to be in alignment with food and ambience. 3% charge for credit card use soured the experience further… I don’t walk around with hundreds of $s in my pocket and use of CC charges across US is just cost of doing business. Had I known this prior to making the reservation, I would not have entertained the venue and gone for some other options. It’s just matter of principle vs the actual 3% charge.

Enjoyed a delightful lunch (from the Brunch menu) at Bagatelle today. Everything was fresh and tasty (Hogfish BLT and Fish Tacos) and and the Key Lime pie was incredible. Of special note was our waitperson, Brianna, whose upbeat demeanor and superior service made everything even better!

Had dinner here on the upstairs outside deck. The bread service came with 3 types of bread, all were delicious. I had the filet mignon and my husband had the ribeye and both were perfectly cooked. We went with the garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus for our sides and both were delicious. Conner, our server, was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. If you’re looking for a nice dinner, you won’t be disappointed.
