Ordered the vegetable lo mein for as carry out and picked up and ate this for lunch. That evening I developed severe nausea and began to have intractable vomiting and diarrhea for the next week. I had food poisoning and couldn’t eat or drink for a week likely because the food that they gave me sat outside or was old. I will never be ordering from this place again.

The dirty fish tank smell was the first red flag. The second was the empty restaurant. Our sushi was warm, bland, and the rice was soggy. I’m usually even content with grocery store sushi and this was bad. So disappointed

My roommate and I both ordered from here yesterday but in separate orders at different times of day. She got the three roll combo and I ordered individual pieces of sushi. To their credit, they were large portions- but that’s literally the only positive thing I can say. I had HORRIBLE stomach pains and diarrhea this morning while my roommate actually called her mom to take her to the emergency room at 3am because her abdomen hurt so bad that she was given an IV and painkillers, even getting a cat scan because her pain was severe enough they thought she could have ruptured her appendix. There’s no way for it to have been anything other than the sushi as we hadn’t eaten any of the same foods earlier in the day nor did we spend time around each other for it to have been something viral. Absolutely under no circumstances will be ordering from here again.

This used to be my favorite place in town to get sushi, I’m saddened to say that they lost a loyal customer months ago. When I did order from them I always got the dragon roll and philadelphia roll and never had any issues up until the last few times where the sushi was warm and tasted off. The last experience I had with them was the final straw. When they called to deliver the sushi, I didn’t hear my phone ringing. Instead of them ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door, I received a nasty phonecall from the wife where she angrily yelled at me, saying I needed to answer my phone. The delivery man had actually left with my sushi and eventually had brought it back. I understand it was my fault I had stepped away from my phone, but there was no need to be so rude! No way to treat a loyal customer that has ordered from them for years, on a monthly basis.

Terrible and rude service. I ordered the sweet potato roll, and when it came out of their weird box door, I looked at it and it looked and smelled like fish, since the “sweet potato” was white in color, thin, and completely fried. Initially, I had to make sure it was vegan friendly. I spent a few minutes asking questions and when I tried it, it tasted as if they either fried it in their fish fry, or it was fried in butter, I’m not sure, she never gave me an answer. I called to ask if I could switch it out with a cheaper avocado roll and the lady started yelling at me saying I would be wasting food, that I would have to pay for the avocado roll, and that she can’t do anything about it. They lack customer service skills. They are loosing money in the long run.
