I’ve come through the drive through a handful of times and have always enjoyed my orders and service. Today I went into the store for the first time and had the best experience! Phil at cash register was so helpful and even helped set me up with the Peet’s Rewards App. The atmosphere was 10/10 as I sat in store and got some computer work completed.

My first time in the drive thru was a disaster. I ordered what I wanted. I did not get anything. No sandwich and missing toppings on my drink and refused to fix it. People talk too much. I assumed the drive thru wouldn’t have that issue. Very rude lady.

Being a frequent coffee drinker I love the taste of the espresso here in my americano so it’s a frequent choice for me over other coffee shops. I even get the whole beans for brewing at home. However my one complaint from being a barista in my younger years is the forced handoff at the drive thru of the card reader with the barista on staff saying, “I believe there’s a question for you” implying they want me to tip them. To me a tip is deserved for something extraordinary not something that is in your job description. I feel it’s a huge turn off but I like the coffee. My only complaint is that about the tip. It’s excessive and rude in my opinion

So much better than Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts! The French Vanilla latte is delicious. And the fact that they sell coffee roasted in-house is awesome. I’m a fan of the Major Dickason’s blend but they have some new roasts I haven’t seen in the grocery store. It’s a little pricey at almost $20 per pound, especially given that I used to get freshly roasted coffee in Austin for half that price, but it would probably make a great once-in-a-while treat. And if you get their mobile app you can get a free drink out of it.
