Burgers remain the tastiest as ever! I visited this location after a fifteen year + absence. The place is missing that fun energy and vibe it used to have. The employees are great and efficient, they add to the ambiance but the building is old and could really use a makeover and updating.

I’ve come to this place regularly over the past ten years or so and always knew the business would have good food and would look great. During my last two visits (January and now April), the place looked like a hen house, disgusting with leftover food everywhere, and both times lacking several items on the menu, and the soda machines were broken. I could take more pictures, but this should be pretty obvious. We were here for about 45 minutes, and the mess was never picked up even though we asked the staff. My order took 38 minutes because when they first gave it to me after 20 minutes they said they apologized because they forgot to add bacon and didn’t have any and it would take another 15 minutes. When we inquired about the issue they said we could get another topping or refund the bacon, or simply leave with a refund. Very disappointed, not coming back.

Very good customer service. The burger was perfectly cooked. Coke machines were both broken. They were out of wings. They did put together some chicken tenders and slap some Buffalo sauce on them! The place is very clean.

Good burger good price.. don’t know why they ask how done because all 5 burgers we ordered were well done when we ordered medium. I love the toppings and the fries were good. The whole restaurant needed a good cleaning though. It was pretty dirty and the floor was slimy.
