Chop House is my favorite restaurant and have been since 2020…the food is amazing, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and they have some amazing servers. The staff is amazing. I love bringing my family and friends here. Our most recent visit was on January 24, 2026 for my birthday our server was Alysa Webster she definitely went above and beyond to make our visit there an amazing one. I give you guys a 10/10…I will definitely keep coming back. Oh yeah the Bartender is an awesome MIXOLOGIST I think his name was DWAYNE those pomegranate martinis was on point as well. I had a party of 12 our ticket came out to be $628.03 it was well worth it 10/10

Went here for Valentine’s and it was pretty busy but we had a reservation. The lamb was cooked well (slightly burnt on one but im being nitpicky), the sweet potatoes fries were amazing, and the apps were good. The mac and cheese was mac and cheese but overall everything was like a 8.7/10. The Riesling was nice as well! The server/manager were nice and attentive. Will def be coming back here with my mommy!

Grilled shrimp tasted overcooked and my medium rare steak came out medium well. Not a good first impression.

The Chop House staff was amazing. They really made my mother’s birthday special. Ashley our server was very attentive and accommodating with our large party. The manager Jordan was also very attentive and professional. My family was pleased with the hospitality and food. We will definitely be back in the future. If you are interested in booking the private room please consider this establishment.

Update 8/24/25: Oh no Chop House! I had to update my review. I went today and the T-Bone steak has been removed from the menu. Why?! Per my husband this is the best steak on the menu, and you removed it?! We’ve been going almost every weekend for the past 2 months and now we don’t see ourselves going back anytime soon which is such a shame because i loved going there and really don’t like the Texas Roadhouse ambience. 🙁 we were going there so often that one of the waitresses recognized us immediately when we were sat down and told my husband they removed the t-bone from the menu. I’ll miss you.
My husband and love Chop House and have had a great or good experience every time we have gone. Every visit of course won’t be perfect, but on the usual, it’s always really good. We always get the steak and salmon and it is ALWAYS delicious. I also love their broccoli, mashed potatoes, and chop house fries. The fries soaked in the steak juice are incredible. Y’all should make that a separate appetizer just for me haha. I feel sorry for the bad reviews on here because I wish they would give them a second chance. I love the ambience of the restaurant too. We are very critical of restaurants, and for a chain restaurant, Chop House is top notch. I love that they also have the option for a lunch menu to make it very affordable. But I have to always get the calamari and shrimp appy and chocolate martini. Now, the one thing they could improve is their desert menu. We were given a free desert last weekend, we chose the stawberry butter cake and it was underwhelming. I would have been upset if I paid $10 for that desert. But I usually spend $100+ when we go and we are always very satisfied with dinner. 🙂 Oh and definitely avoid going on a Sunday. Its way busy packed and wasn’t a relaxing time at all. And that’s when they tend to overcook the calamari and shrimp 🙁

Food: For an appetizer we all had Mozzarella Sticks. They weren’t bad but kind of mediocre. I ordered the Loaded Baked Potato and Baby Back Ribs. The Loaded baked potato was good but was missing something. I personally did not like the ribs but the people at my table liked the ribs. The ribs were dry and charred. One person at my table ordered the Mahi Mahi Fish and broccoli. They loved it but the flavor wasn’t consistent throughout the fish. The broccoli was also good but lacked seasoning. Another person at my table ordered a Crab Cake, Loaded Potato, and Cream Spinach. The Spinach had no flavor and was stringy. It lacked seasoning. The Loaded Potato was good. The Crab Cake was flat, crumb breaded, lacked crab, the portion had been reduced, and flavorless.
Service: Our Waitress was Haley. She gave us a small plate that was dirty. It took her ten minutes to get me a Sprite. She forgot to give someone at my table a cake for their birthday. Other than that she was nice.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere was good. It looked formal and romantic. It was clean and not very loud.
Overall: Just very meh. Not horrendous at least for me but not a rememberable experience either. They seemed to have downgraded from last time I went.

Today we went to enjoy some good food, and long story short it wasn’t prepared properly and it was cold time and time again. The fried chicken on the salad was cold to the touch and the cheese sticks were messed up too. So we just got up and left. Good server tho.
