I came in for a meatball sub and they were all out of meatballs. I was thinking about leaving and going somewhere else, but I felt rude doing that, so I stayed. I didn’t know what else to get so I asked the boy at the cash register to make me whatever he wanted. He asked me questions about what I like in order for him to make me a sandwich that I would enjoy. Another girl working kept staring at me but it wasn’t a rude stare. She ended up complimenting my eyes so I think that’s why she kept looking at me, and the boy that took my order complimented the tattoo on my arm. It’s a great environment with very friendly employees. Never thought walking into a sandwich shop would make my day. And to top it all off I loved the sandwich they made me.

The food is excellent. It’s fairly decently priced too. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is due to the fact they are employing children. I asked the one that looked the youngest and he stated he is 11 years old. Very weird.

They took awhile to take my order when I was the only one in line, but she was nice to me. They asked me the standard toppings I wanted, but when I got the sandwich, it included cheese. I wasn’t asked about adding cheese, which I normally am at any other sub restaraunt.

The store is dirty and the service was disappointing. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for my meal I would go to a more formal restaurant. Please improve your service and train your employees to be friendly and professional.

The subs here are on point! My wife loves them, we would eat here everyday if we could! Their sandwiches are melt in your mouth good, and they have a great selection. They also have a sweet drink machine, their cherry limeade is top notch. 10 out of 10 good stuff right there

For being short staffed there sure were a lot of employees standing around — We ordered 5 sandwiches and a salad and of the 6 employees only 2 were actually working. I felt bad for the lead young lady. She was trying to get things moving but, well, teenagers.

This is the slowest “fast food” place I’ve been to in a long time. Came in on presidents day weekend…30 minute wait. I understand that. But mid day during the week and still waiting 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches?!! 4 employees but only 2 looked like they were working!! Not going back.
