For shame Firehouse! I was excited when I saw there was a 25% off special on several of your top rated sandwiches. Since everything is so overpriced especially here in Highlands Ranch, I was very excited to be able to enjoy one of your sandwiches again. Boy was I disappointed to receive nothing but almost bread. It’s very apparent that the 25% off indicates 25% less meat in the sandwich. What a sham! I have visited this location many times and have often provided the extra change for the fire fighters. By far the worst service and sub I’ve ever tasted. Walking in to fire house, there was a very cold and uninviting “ welcome to fire house subs.” Then when I ordered, the teenagers were looking at me blank-faced like they didn’t know what they were doing. The cashier made me repeat several things and I asked for double steak too. Well this is what I got *please see pictures*. Additionally, there was no pickle or napkins or anything in the bag. No mushrooms and no cheese, no mayo just very overcooked, dry steak and way too much. The sub was so soaked that when I lifted it up it broke apart. I’m so disappointed at this place I refuse to come back here again!!!

The shop has ordered from this place 2 times now. There are 16 of us, usually with an order that size you label what sandwich is what, instead they just have us scramble around looking for the right sandwich. Makes the lunch meeting take way longer than it should. We are done ordering from this place. Won’t even order from firehouse outside of work. Lack of simple courtesy’s are going to be the reason they lose our business.
If you are a business don’t order from here for all your workers. Waste of time, drops morale.

Called the manager because the doordash does not have gluten-free bread option at this location. Manager was very kind and told me she would let the right people know and also offered to do gluten-free bread at no charge for me since there wasn’t an option. She was very nice and I was very pleased with the helpfulness and service!

Sandwich was good, but took over 25 minutes to get it… so not practical for a quick lunch unless you order ahead. Inside and outside has not been cleaned in the last 6 months. Windows, doors, floors are unbelievably nasty with grease and slime. Food inspectors would go nuts.
