Honestly this was the best experience I have ever had at a Firehouse subs! As soon as I got there the sandwich was ready for me and the two young men that were there just had the best attitude! I didn’t like the chips I ordered and there was no problem in me switching them out.

The staff here are awesome. I took my niece and nephew to an end-of-summer lunch, and everyone was so sweet and patient with the kids. They helped them order, made sure they got a fire hat (!) And we had a great time.

Horrible customer service sat in lobby after ordering my food for over 40 minutes waiting for my sandwich . There were 16 people waiting for thier food and all they were concerned with was getting the online orders done and made everyone else that took thier time to drive down and stand in line get jump over by online orders. By the time I received my one sandwich my lunch hour was over and could not sit down and enjoy my meal . I will never go back here again and will think twice about going to any other Firehouse subs.

Issues I’ve had here: bought a large drink, no large drink cups. Ask for no mustard, get extra mustard. Ordered a large sandwich, got a medium sandwich. Either forgot about my order or gave it to someone else. Orders here are messed up an unusually high percentage of the time. Today was the last time for me.

By far the worst service and sub I’ve ever tasted. Walking in to fire house, there was a very cold and uninviting “ welcome to fire house subs.” Then when I ordered, the teenagers were looking at me blank-faced like they didn’t know what they were doing. The cashier made me repeat several things and I asked for double steak too. Well this is what I got *please see pictures*. Additionally, there was no pickle or napkins or anything in the bag. No mushrooms and no cheese, no mayo just very overcooked, dry steak and way too much. The sub was so soaked that when I lifted it up it broke apart. I’m so disappointed at this place I refuse to come back here again!!!

I was very impressed! We were passing through town visiting family and wanted to try this out. We don’t have a Firehiuse where we live. Very yummy, I was greeted and provided excellent customer service! And this place was very clean. Awesome job to the manager and the staff!!

Very disappointing. Ordered 5 items on 10/31 and 4 were delivered. Of course I paid for 5 items. It’s amazing how you can place a simple order and it’s just not read and prepared correctly. Happening more and more these days.
