Absolutely the WORST Papa John’s.
Order was delivered to the wrong address. First, we contacted the local store multiple times and got zero help—just attitude and hung-up calls. Because of their lack of support, we were forced to contact corporate customer service.
The “manager” around 1:12 PM was beyond disrespectful—called us stupid and dumb and blamed us, saying the driver delivered it “at the desk.” That’s a lie. We have security cameras and no Papa John’s delivery ever arrived. He didn’t care at all.
This location is nasty, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t value customers. If this is how they run a business, they shouldn’t be running one at all. Avoid this place.

I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread sticks to bring home to my kids. The pizzas were fine but they poured a gallon of garlic sauce into a pizza box made of cardboard, didn’t warn me at all and it ruined my clothing and cars leather interior. No bag, and of course the grease filled box was on the bottom. Of course no answer when you try to call and speak to someone, ever. Im glad I went out of my way to go back in and tip. Im sure papa johns corporate will take my call and im sure this isn’t how the garlic bread sticks are supposed to be packaged.

SNOW STORM and this location was open for pick up orders! Incredibly grateful since we were in town for a convention and there was no food planned for the event. The Papa John’s team was BUSY BUSY with orders but everyone was pleasant and smiling!

Don’t try and order pizza from this one. You can’t talk to a manager even when they lose your order and charge your credit card. Wanted pizza, got an automated service, outsourced customer service, and the ability to call my credit card company to report fraud. And lest someone start saying I dont know how to use a phone. I ordered on the app correctly. I would have loved to speak to the store, but I was unable to because, again, customer service is outsourced.

Ordered on line A specialty pizza called The Most Cheesy Deal(see photos below and by clicking on the app for the details for The Most Cheesy deal it listed all ingredients. Summer the employee of the on site location in Sevierville, Tn talking to her on the phone and after showing up she still would not refund the money for the one pizza. The delivery driver was very nice. I just want quality service with what’s expected we ordered.

Overall was a fine experience. Ordered online, ready in a timely manner and pizza was pretty good. Just wish the toppings, especially the green peppers, were spread out a little more over the whole pizza, rather than just plopped on the middle.

Made a $65 order plus tip at half hour after its latest delivery time we call because we still have no pizza and are told our pizza went out with the driver 39 minutes ago. So oue food was driving around for what would have been an hour. Then they said they would refund it after it was delivered instead they just canceled it altogether so we had to go elsewhere for for after waiting from 7:22pm till 9pm for pizza to show up. Worst service ever and manager blamed the system then blamed being short handed,
no standards. Will never order from this store again.
Update, found our pizza the next morning, pictures are where the delivery guy put our order instead of delivering it to us. He put it on the trash can In the pool area infront of the elevator we found it this morning leaving the hotel.

The food was really good the employee was really polite and actually seemed like he wanted to take my order and make my pizzas and he had them done in the time frame he said they’d be done by definitely recommend
