The food was a 3/5 for me. I got the chicken Alfredo, and it was too watery. I loved the options, as they have many. My girlfriend got the spaghetti and meatballs, and it was a 3.5/5. The people here are pretty cool, along with pretty good prices.

(5/15/2023) Service was good here, and was asked if I wanted more breaksticks during eating. Like the lunch special for $8.99 included small drinks and breadsticks. For my lunch, Fettuccine Alfredo and Spaghetti with meat sauce were good match but Ravioli with Meat Sauce and Penne with Marinara Sauce were not match in my opinion. Also, Baked Lasagna was okay but it wasn’t my favorite as expected in my mind. I personally recommended quick lunch was one of the good spot around this area, and I might come back here to try specialty or signature pasta if I wanted something quick.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I There is a reason why you should always listen to your gut. I have driven by this place multiple times, and always wondered why I never tried this place. Now, I know why. How can a salad be terrible? I wanted to ask for a refund after the first bite. The chicken was dry. The Alfredo sauce had no flavor whatsoever. The bread sticks were a joke. Avoid at any and all costs.

First time I tried this place…was looking forward to the pesto pasta. It was reeeeaalllly salty, and the pesto was just drizzled on top- wasn’t even a sauce, it was a topping. I won’t be returning. On the plus side, they DO have a gluten-free option!

Love facilities, love the food, love fazolis. The best pasta for the price in brightly lit dining rooms. Yes it all feels very fast food… Which people don’t associate with Italian. And it is FAST, and it is good!

OMG!! This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant! First of all the cashier ignored us while we stood at the register waiting to place an order. He acknowledged the Doordash pickup folks but turned his back on customers. When my brother asked him when he was finally going to take his order his reply was, “I’m really busy”. I usually like this restaurant but something was wrong this night! I trashed just about my entire plate. Ordered the trio with pasta alfredo, lasagna, and spaghetti with meatball. The Alfredo was not good, didn’t finish it, the sauce on the lasagna tasted like something was spoiled. Didn’t even try the spaghetti because I was afraid I would get sick. As you can see from the picture I tossed out just about the entire plate, as did my brother. I really like Fazoli’s but I’m crossing this location off my list.
