Burgers were great. Kids menu is a bit overpriced but still good. The employees are not very knowledgeable or professional. Because it’s an open kitchen concept you get a full show about how unmotivated they are. It’s a chain so I’m guessing other locations might be better. Still giving it a decent score because I really liked the burger, none of the staff were rude, and I got exactly what I ordered (after a long clarifying conversation)

The food was great and everything was cooked when I ordered it. This place is a Mom and Pop burger joint and the quality of the food is fantastic. They have a main menu and then specialty burgers that are available for a limited time. Kind of reminds me of Bob’s burgers without the craziness that goes on in the show. They also have vegan options but I haven’t tried them so I can’t speak on the quality of those food options. I can’t wait to go back so I can try something different.

A delicious and clean simplistic dinner feeling. Clean environment, fast cooking, kind team members. The impossible burger is what I ordered and it was the best impossible burger I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot in my life too. Great flavors almost like a soundstage in my mouth. Would eat again. 5 stars recommended.

About six years ago, I moved from Crofton, MD to Dover, DE. One of the things that I really missed was the burgers at Elevation Burger. On Saturday, August 12, I traveled from Dover, DE to Crofton, MD to visit Elevation Burger. I arrived at the restaurant at exactly 11:00 am. I waited outside for 15 minutes for the restaurant to open. I called three times but no one answered the phone. I could see employees inside. I could not wait any longer. I walked to The Red Robin and had a delicious burger. When I complained to management at Elevation Burger, they said traffic caused the delayed opening. My advice to prospective customers is to stay away from a restaurant that cannot open on time and answer the phone. Management cared less about the long distance that I traveled. Shameful.

We really enjoyed our burgers but would add more toppings next time for additional flavor. The onions rings are SO GOOD. Mostly liked how we did not feel like fatties and have eaters regret after chowing down a whole burger! Will be back for more! My only complaint about this visit was the gigantic chunk of lettuce on my burger (see photo).
