My husband and I have been wanting to try the Birria Tacos so we decided to research where’s the best place to get some. Based on other reviews, we came here to try it out. We ordered our plates which consisted of 3 Birria Tacos with rice and beans along with half a pepper, onions and some radish. The waitress was very friendly and helpful with our questions. It wasn’t busy yet we waited for 30-35 minutes before we got our order. When we finally got our plates, it looked so delicious! The Birria tacos were hot and delicious. Would’ve like more meat in the Birria tacos. The rice and beans were not hot at all. Almost room temperature and if not for that, I would’ve given 5 stars. Will definitely eat there again but will make sure that everything in our plate is hot.

This place was amazing!! Wife & I stopped in for date night and was promptly greeted as we walked through the door, made us feel very welcome. I’m a very picky eater and let be the first to say that this food was phenomenal! Hot, flavorful & presentation on point. The interior was very clean and service was speedy, only downside to me was the price was a little high for our meals to not include a drink but hey Certainly recommend this place if you’re in the area!

I tried the menudo here for lunch. It was a sizable portion and it came with some nice toppings to add (cilantro, onion, chilies, and lime). The corn tortillas were nice and hot, and the menudo tasted great. The tripe was very tender and tasted very clean. I would have preferred a bit more hominy, but they certainly didn’t skimp on the meat. The service was very friendly and the place was quite tidy. Admittedly, it did turn out to be a little heavy for lunch, but that’s on me. I definitely think El Globo has good Mexican food, and I’d like to try their other items in the future.

Tried them again and I was very impressed. The pazole was so good. My daughter had the beef and veggie soup and that was really good also. Will go and try other dishes. The ladies were very sweet and helpful. Very nice atmosphere.

The food was incredible! Their CONSOME was hearty and bold and the sauces were pleasant. The beans and rice were fantastic. Unfortunately the young man at the checkout was less than helpful. He seemed to not know very much about anything. We tried to purchase an additional side of shrimp and he told us “I don’t think you can do that”. He brought our food out to the front counter and set it down. 10 minutes elapsed with many other people getting their to go orders. I walked up and asked if we knew how much longer it would be, they asked me for a name for the order, we didn’t give one because he didnt ask. I don’t know if he would have ever told us our carryout order was ready. If not for the service, I would give it 5 stars.

Some of my favorite tacos in the city! The chicharonne and goat birria here are stupid good. The owners and people that work here seem super cool. I always dig the vibe of Globo in general and have a great time here.

Stopped in on a Wednesday ($1 taco night) and the place was very busy. I used to avoid this area of town, but no longer. The foods was delicious and even though the wait staff kept apologizing for slow service, we had our food in 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and patient, answering all of our first time questions. Wife and I had enchiladas (chicken and cheese) and both were amazing!! We will be back again!!

We love this place! The waitstaff is phenomenal and the food is addictive! First time I had Birria, I had never had it before and it has now become my favorite Mexican food. The 2nd time I had the pozole, wow, I was impressed. It’s the best pozole I’ve ever had. I’m looking forward to going back and trying more! Get the guacamole, it’s made fresh!
